Easy platform for end-users

What do you like best about the product?
The information our team needs is easily accessible in one place. It creates a better user experience and end-customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the sections/objects were collapsible. We have a lot of info and it can take a while to scroll to the section you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidated information allows for anyone who needs to converse with the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps our team understand our sales pipeline with accurate metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that probability and stage are combined together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is benefitting our team by being a one stop shop for understanding our estimated money coming in from open deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I am seeing so much improvement in efficiencies with financial services cloud which includes sales cloud. The improvements to our service cases, and referrals have our staff so excited to get started. We know this is just the beginning of an amazing journey with Salesforce!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything at the moment so far, I've only seen amazing results from what we've been building!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service level agreements and tracking performance goals.

That we are all looking at the same data that is entered in an easy way for the sales team while in the go.

Sometimes it's very slow in countries outside of Noeth America

What do you like best about the product?
Consolidated 360 view of the customer for our sales reps to use. I appreciate the ease of use and how easy it is to customize to meet our needs. Competitors don't spend enough time updating and upgrading their interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many tools and resources it's difficult to keep everything straight. Honestly a great problem to have and the only way we could make it better is by doing more hiring and growing as a company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving our Sales team quick access to their pipeline so they can take action and quickly see hay they need to do. Actionable insights, reporting and accountability has sped up the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
By giving our agents the right person to contact at the right time is invaluable. Being able to see everything about them that is needed is incredibly important.
What do you dislike about the product?
The best thing about all Salesforce products is the customization options. This is also an incredibly dangerous tool that can lead to too many overlapping issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By moving our teams away from disconnected speardsheets and documents into a uniform space to see the holistic journey of our customers has been invaluable for our teams.

SF sales cloud for contract generation

What do you like best about the product?
Our business is very regulated. Sales cloud allows us to build quotes and from that pull in the correct contracting components based on the products quoted. Generally this makes our contracts smaller as we only get signatures for what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind. Anything that was need by the business we are able to fullfill
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contracts are no longer manual and pricing is consistent.
