What do you like best about the product?
The one stop place for contracting, communication, and automation of our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a dislike so far, but if we had a business use case that the Cloud service could not accommodate, that would be unfortunate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving our regional managers the tools they need to prospect and quote contracts for out clients as well as build engagement.
Great tool, useful and easy to use for frontline!

Easy to follow process for implementation on the frontline, as well as plug and play for many features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, it's solid, concise and useful!

Streamlined data delivery to our frontline to consolidate information coming in.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a complete platform for sales reps, managers, Leaders to work together seamlessly and productively. The integrity of the patform has gained trust. The UI is intuitive and user frewndly. The platform is very flexible in terms of customizations. The automations make the sales processes smooth and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive. Large amounts of data can incur more expenses. Difficult to get the training needed to implement new products. There is a lot of coding to be done for "clicks no Code" as designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automations with Lead and opportunity life cycle, low code design in most cases. Quick deployments to production. Defalut data model which adapts the sales processes. Easy analytics as compared to previous legacy systems

What do you like best about the product?
We have both solutions. One with legacy code written everything from scratch. Took us years to build the same. With the merger of Global Payments we were introduced to Safesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing with applications built on Salesforce it's not as easy to integrate with the generic testing platforms where the rest of the dependent applications are
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From the legacy applications to Salesforce is a great step forward. From implementing coffee breaks to completing leads is made so easy as compared to what we had in our legacy applications

With the latest generative AI, it cut down the time significantly that need to spend on drafting customized personal emails, summarize meeting notes and look for meaningful action plan to follow up
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more use cases for different industries for customers to adopt. Additional training materials from Salesforce would help drive the adoption for midsized companies.

We leverage the pipeline information and sales engagement to identify and qualify leads that allow our reps to spend time with the high score leads to generate additional revenue

Salesforce has so many choices. Figuring out the best way to implement a solution can be challenging.
