SF sales cloud for contract generation

What do you like best about the product?
Our business is very regulated. Sales cloud allows us to build quotes and from that pull in the correct contracting components based on the products quoted. Generally this makes our contracts smaller as we only get signatures for what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind. Anything that was need by the business we are able to fullfill
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contracts are no longer manual and pricing is consistent.

The way we're the information is gathered and available. And who easy is to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licences prices. They are more expensive that others

What do you like best about the product?
The cloud allows the seamless integration of customer information as the agents work through the buy flow. Having key customer and sale's information at your fingertips is the key to a successful sales tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints about the tool it has performed as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving for the use of manual sales lead information on our organization.

Email journeys reduce workload and automate outreach.

Less customizable, making outreach feel a bit less personal

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the out of box features and how easy it is to get up and running and follow a lead all the way to a sale/client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is not always intuitive and can be hard to get the data out in a fashion that is easy to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline forecasting and tracking - gives us the ability to see in real time what our opportunities are.

What do you like best about the product?
You can't beat the interface. It's very intuitive and so easy to find information
What do you dislike about the product?
I Guess sometimes you do want a bit more complexity and that can be annoying to build. Custom objects and lookups for annoying business processes are ugly and not user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obviously holding our information in an easy to use format. It also provides a way to easily report on it and view it in pretty dashboards. Overall ingestion of the data is great.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ultimately useful for any business model, any company size, and the type of your business. I truly believe that it doesn't just help streamline the business processes in conjunction with data and AI, it makes the business processes digestible, easy-to-explore and excited
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't possible to find drawbacks, this is a piece of art when it comes to Sales Cloud and its functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the problems connected to Sales Engagement(Sales Cadences and Sales Processes), Reports & Dashboards make data glowing and something nobody struggles with and finally: the CRM side, a place where all the data is seamlessly connected with other Platform features
