What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is so customizable for any of your sales needs. Flexible, easy to use and automate all of your sales actions and next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to group by more groupings in reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving pipeline visibility and actions to take to close business.

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud is the heart of our integrated Salesforce martech stack. It is a market leader due to its low code flexibility and clear focus on the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
In many ways the only issue with Salescloud is that it can do so much it can be a bit overwhelming, but once you know what you are doing it is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our customer data sets and scoring.

What do you like best about the product?
Mobility - sales rep can access their client records on the go, create appointments or activities on the go, this gives flexibility for our sales rep.
Salesforce regularly updates and enhances its features, this will allow admin/ consultant to learn latest functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive. After our customisation using full calendar that Salesforce had recommend us, but my users have reported performance issues in loading the customise full calendar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping my sales keep track of their appointments with their client, planning their sales goal and objectives for each client. User adoption had increase.

What do you like best about the product?
All the data you need for the sale is capturedalltogether to help you decide the best approach to sell.
Easy to manage and process with the help of notifications and best practices
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be tricky when you are working with multiple systems and integrations.
If you are working on multiple product lines without cpq, it's difficult to collect all the data you needfrom other system and creating automation to establish a full managed process throughout the pipeline
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to create automations and suggest approaches tips on sales progress. Easy to conect with the sales teams. Easy to show all the data you need in one single shot

Sales Cloud allows me to set my processes the way I want them and in a low code manner update and make changes to help my users.

It takes time to learn but there are plenty of resources to help you overcome this.

What do you like best about the product?
The customization is what makes Sales Cloud better than its competitors. All you need is the will and the skill and you can do amazing things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price and if you want to do the really amazing stuff you need people with the right skills which can be pricy.

Everyone needs a CRM, but Sales Cloud is a CRM that can be adapted to every business.
