What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud offers excellent visibility into the sales pipeline, automation for routine tasks, and powerful reporting features that make tracking performance effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you get used to it, the platform’s flexibility and customization options make it completely worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is helping streamline our sales process by centralizing customer data, automating follow-ups, and providing real-time insights into opportunities. It’s improved our team’s productivity, collaboration, and overall deal closure rate.

Its customizable dashboards and real-time reporting empower data-driven decisions.

it can be quite complex to set up for beginners, and the pricing is relatively high, making it more suitable for medium to large sales teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inefficient sales processes: It automates lead tracking, opportunity management, and follow-ups, reducing manual work and ensuring timely sales actions.

What do you like best about the product?
The confidence that out of the box features functionality solves most use cases. When OOTB does not sales cloud is flexible enough to customize a solution that will work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reliance on profiles. I know they are being phased out but it cannot come fast enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our lead to cash solution. Marketing, inside sales, nurturing, account and opportunity management, contracting( docusign CLM integration ).

Nothing I can think of that I dislike. Maybe it would be nice to have custom come page for individual users vs profiles.

Salesforce sales cloud gives us the full 360 degree picture of our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Salesforce Sales Cloud and don't want to switch to another vendor. The setup process was easy and problem-free, which I appreciate. The agent form feature is useful, and I am considering future purchases because of Salesforce's CRM capabilities.
