What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has helped our sales process tremendously by simply just using stages and sales path. The pant gives the user a quick glimpse of where the opportunity is.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real input here. I don't think there is anything that there is to complain about at this time. Maybe load time could be better even with the amount of components on a page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us the ability to house all of our client interaction in one single location

It has a lot of out-of-the-box features that businesses can use, while being still being customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky to set it up correctly and we'll, but Salesforce is making more and more strides to make it easier to do so.

It helps businesses manage their customer relations!

Sales Cloud has helped transform our business! From capturing data, automating processes and providing valuable insights via reports, dashboards and mobile application.

Adoption has been the most difficult part. This has nothing to do with the product, but all about translating and proving the value of it. SF does provide amazing support and tools to help

Providing us with a platform that enables and accelerates our sales process. It has provided with great insights on who to focus on and what actions to take

The selection of apps and objects fit our business needs and allow us to reach targets and improve customer satisfaction.

The naming can be a bit confusing as it includes more than just "sales" and has a lot more to offer to those outside of sales.

It is not as fast as Scratchpad so sometimes adoption is lower.
