What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is customizable and robust. It allows me to set it up in a way that works and grows with my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes must have functionality doesn't get prioritized of it isn't related to hot button topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce as our core system and allows us to have so many things all in one place. Our teams productivity is greatly increased by reducing the time they are context switching.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping sales and sales interactions in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to start and understand for any customer, so you can proceed with the use smoothly. In addition, the function is easy to use, simple and very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
For small customers and customers with low unit price of handling products, the usage fee may delay the decision. There is no doubt that it is very expensive compared to other products in Japan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing customer information with other members of the company. Specifically, we use it to share information about prospective customers acquired by marketing members with sales members.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is an effective tool to manage and grow pipeline and offers so many features to help users from marketers to sellers to CSMs to better understand our client journey. It is also an incredible platform for our development and technology team to create solutions to support our business

I don't know of any downsides...it is an amazing platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales learners use the insight from the opportunities and customer accounts to help grow the business, find the white space and support sellers to close deals

What do you like best about the product?
Better reporting capabilities and also helps to keep your data clean. I appreciate that I can quickly run reports to check my teams progress across the week. .
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many different features that I don't think I've properly familiarized myself with. I often find myself continuously coming back to feature I am most comfortable with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our total business pipeline and forecast and increasing overall accuracy. This allows the team to focus on sales more than discussing forecasts on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralized data for our sales team has transformed the way we sell, communicate with clients and analyze data
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish there were more announcements when something would change on the native SF platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's provided for internal solutions (communication), and solved major delays between our sales team and other departments. It's also created a more cohesive communication system between sales reps and avoided overlap with clients

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive tool that organizes client data as well as manage internal sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
If not configured correctly, you find yourself clicking to much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud solves the problem of using multiple 3rd party systems. Sales cloud is an all in one tool that manages my client engagement, forecasting and quota.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows me to see my customer accounts in an easy to view dashboard, plus with Salesforce I can integrate it with our other enterprise tools for seamless user experience.

Too many clicks sometimes if the page layout isn't optimized

No longer having to use spreadsheets or my email inbox as a CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of set up and vast availability of features out of the box is the best! So many ways to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic structure of objects can be overwhelming to start with, but getting creative with custom objects starts to really leverage the ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud enables us to consolidate our uses across various aspects of our business, and easily deploy across global teams.
The core of everyday sales
What do you like best about the product?
The salesperson's best friend - Sales cloud collects all the knowledge our salespeople need in one place, it makes our everyday life easier and enables us to create personal valuable conversations with our customers faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much, its easy to use and and easy to onboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
before we only had knowledge in the heads of our salespeople - now we can onboard new salespeople faster to our processes and create a unified reality for all our salespeople
