It's user-friendly, helps our team to get insights about our customers. Easy to make customizations. It's clear to us the improvement that we got after starting to use the tool.

The price is a bit expensive, especially for us who are from Latin America.

How to segment our clients, giving our team insights to better approach our clients. It's also helpful when we need to see the information in real time. So we can talk better with them.

Salesforce Sales Cloud has been a very important tool in the centralization of purchasing information with our clients, including its 360 view allows us to have accurate information at a certain time so that we can deliver results for the business and achieve our goals.

It's not just about Salesforce Sales Cloud, but also about the ecosystem that I see has a lot of potential and could deliver more updates during the year. In the end, or that é bom needs to be constant

One of the two main problems solved was the clear visibility of the goals and the ability to accompany our clients correctly and proactively.

Too slow. Costly. Data storage is costly.
