Platform for all things Sales. No matter your company, you will only use a fraction of the platform because there is so much functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There definitely are best practices and a new admin/company should do extensive discovery to ensure you get started right.

Collaboration amoung all those a part of the sales process.

Being able to control sales teams, monitor sales, and continuously connect with customers in need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost! The product is expensive. But that's a known thing. You pay for what you get :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom package building, pricing approval, lots of Sales processes. Also cold calling is much easier!!!
We don’t have customers we have familia, SalesForce helps us treat our members like family.

Our customers are members, our members are family. Salesforce helps us understand our members so we can consistently find ways to make a true impact in their lives, so that they can be the drivers to change the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found something specifically I don't like, but we need to have more training to allow everyone in the organization to maximize the potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is giving us concrete data that allows us to make improved decisions daily. We don't have to guess anymore. With each day we are getting more integrated info and that's resulting in improved outcomes and impact.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud helps my company utilize the data that comes from the sales team! Which then in turn allows our company to report on the data tk make better business decisions! Sales cloud is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Sales Cloud doesn't let you customize as much as I would hope.
Such as: Can't tab through while Adding products. This would save users a ton of time if they had that greater/ if we could make that feautre possible

We are now no longer having our data spread across 16 different places; including pen and paper. We now have a centralized place to keep our data to then be able to make better business decisions
Amazing CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
The system organization is the best! Having all of our accounts, contacts, and leads within a single source of truth as helped our company bring all of the things together and provide easy visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
User adoption is always a challenge when introducing changes BUT the trailheads help account and encourage hands-on learning. Additional training document would be amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our teams are now enter info into a single system and tracking is much easier. We're also able to report on their data and we're all much more productive. Performance and productivity has increased!
