What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use and the ability to track leads in the sales pipeline is invaluable. This is highly recommended and something my company will continue to use for progression.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has not shown me any disadvantages.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize and facilitate the comercial process is amazing.

All the automations are very helpful and help the customers more easily to understand the power of Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say in this item. Probably some configurations could be more strait forward to avoid to much steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring leads and assignents more easy to do.

The reports and dashboards helped to have a major view in the business

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud offers the best of both worlds. Out of the box functionality with the ability to customize to fit each organization's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it would be great if Sales Cloud were more easily customizable, I realize that if you did so it could easily get out of control, especially in a large organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities and marketing campaigns. All in one place, so we can see correlations between them.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user-friendly, automating tasks and simplifying lead management. The insights from customizable dashboards and reporting are invaluable for data-driven decisions. Integrations with other tools boost overall efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve is there, but with proper training, the benefits outweigh it. Sales Cloud has streamlined our processes, resulting in higher conversions and revenue growth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing, tracking, and forecasting deals in a centralized location. This allows us to report and inform all of our leadership.

What do you like best about the product?
It's highly customizable and works in almost any industry. It lets you find out everything about your customer and have a complete relationship with them from zero.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that you need to improve the costs about your product and creat solutions that are adaptable to any size of business. Please create a more customizable plan
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to connect with customers. In the mid and long term and creates a CLV that is very traceable among all of our digital and physical channels in any location

A complete hold solution for any sales team or sales person or a company which needs to sells almost anything any future any product any service?

The price per user would be the main obstacle for fully implementing the solution

Ability to have traceability and visibility of my sales reps activity. Add on top of that Einstein and intelligence and you now are able to ha e action driven insights
