The flexibility to interact with many partners to create integrations between systems.

It can be difficult to wait for an admin to make changes

I sight i to what sales are happening and tracking my customer afterwards

What do you like best about the product?
It is a powerfull tool that helps to overview whole business sales process and its kpis
What do you dislike about the product?
High entry level. Sometimes really slow. Horrible/missing readable for user error handling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve kpis control. Improve sales processes

Sales Cloud has really robust features but is also lacking without spending a lot more money.

What do you like best about the product?
I work a lot with accounts and opportunities and we have a lot of customization built around both. I'm currently building out a new aspect of our business and have found it quite easy in a lot of ways to just jump right in without upsetting what we already have going on. The reporting features are fairly robust, especially with the ability to create custom report types.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I've been building out a bunch of new features I've also come across how limited some parts of Sales Cloud are. For example, the available visualizations for reports and even dashboards are quite limited in what they can show. Of could this would greatly inprove with adding in Tableau, but we don't currently have any licenses. Also, I attended a session at TrailblazerDX that discussed all sorts of things that could be done through the Salesforce mobile app only to discover that the lion's share of those features were also behind a paywall.

Given that there is basically zero support for Salesforce Lightning on mobile browsers, myself and especially my users are very limited in how they can interact with Salesforce without access to a laptop or tablet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a service based business that closes on multi-year contracts. We primarily use opportunities and track the stage of the deal and prioritize the most likely and most profitable. We also have an agriculture side of the business that primarily uses Sales Cloud to track account interaction for buying grain directly from producers.

Many ready to go to market solutions to deployed that are available out of the box

On sales cloud, terriotry management needs to be improved
