I'd like to see more productivity tools built in.

Nothing, really. I enjoy how easy it is to use.

It allows me to knon the status of opportunities with all my AEs. So, I can do an effective pipeline review and coach.

The Salesforce platform and Sales Cloud enable our organization to manage business processes related to Opportunity Managemment, Account Management, Territory Planning and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be many ways to solve the same challenge, so we always make sure to engage our Account Team at Salesforce to understand the pros and cons of the different options to make the right choice for our organization.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us manage our Account Based Territory Model, and helps us maintain data quality and structure as employees move throughout the organization.

Platform for all things Sales. No matter your company, you will only use a fraction of the platform because there is so much functionality.

There definitely are best practices and a new admin/company should do extensive discovery to ensure you get started right.

Cost! The product is expensive. But that's a known thing. You pay for what you get :-)

Custom package building, pricing approval, lots of Sales processes. Also cold calling is much easier!!!
