What do you like best about the product?
Our customers are members, our members are family. Salesforce helps us understand our members so we can consistently find ways to make a true impact in their lives, so that they can be the drivers to change the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found something specifically I don't like, but we need to have more training to allow everyone in the organization to maximize the potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is giving us concrete data that allows us to make improved decisions daily. We don't have to guess anymore. With each day we are getting more integrated info and that's resulting in improved outcomes and impact.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud helps my company utilize the data that comes from the sales team! Which then in turn allows our company to report on the data tk make better business decisions! Sales cloud is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Sales Cloud doesn't let you customize as much as I would hope.
Such as: Can't tab through while Adding products. This would save users a ton of time if they had that greater/ if we could make that feautre possible

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now no longer having our data spread across 16 different places; including pen and paper. We now have a centralized place to keep our data to then be able to make better business decisions
Amazing CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
The system organization is the best! Having all of our accounts, contacts, and leads within a single source of truth as helped our company bring all of the things together and provide easy visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
User adoption is always a challenge when introducing changes BUT the trailheads help account and encourage hands-on learning. Additional training document would be amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our teams are now enter info into a single system and tracking is much easier. We're also able to report on their data and we're all much more productive. Performance and productivity has increased!

Ability to easily create a complete customer 360 view that enables effective account planning and growth strategies, as well as provide complete automation to drive next best actions

License costs and operational expense management can be something that requires some time to get used to and develop governance around

It has so much functionality I always feel like I'm not using all of the features .

What do you like best about the product?
We use Sales Cloud to help drive out business. It helps us drive our business forward with ease. Our sales rep a love the intuitive interface and helps them close deals quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most about Sales Cloud is all the options! Salesforce gives us the flexibility to move our business in the right direction, but it sometimes is difficult to narrow down because of the flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud helps us connect our Sales Reps and Customers with marketing insights and lead scoring. We are able to get the right rep in touch with the right customer and close sales faster.

Like most tools, it can be over built and complicated if the out of the box features are not used.

Limited data space for all data. Needs to be more than a TB but closrr to 200 GB. With is was larger. Bandwidth sometimes an issue woth 40k users.

What do you like best about the product?
Forecasting and opportunities , lead to cash generation, Account and contacts , helps build great and build great customer realatiknship . It's one place to shop
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicates, redundant, integration with other systems. Have great experience but something duplicates records mess with more rework and cleanups are a great workload

I trntract with business team and customer is a smooth free process and automation with no code helps a lot with dev ops and less coding and increase efficiency
