What do you like best about the product?
Fast, reliable, scalable to manage sales processes as well as many custom functionality to complement them. It is an awesome solution, we could not live without it

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and new additions like Path make it simple to keep your team in the right track!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Einstein Search acts up but it's not too often

It helps us forecast and see trends, as well as track activities our Sales team are completing.

I am the administrator and we enjoy the flexibility

The vast ecosystem of sales cloud is sometimes overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before sales cloud our tea did not have a centralized repository and collaboration was lost.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much you can customize within an existing structure. We use campaigns to create custom record types to track all of our events, communities, and projects!
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact management can be difficult at times due to duplicate records being created due to lack of proper syncing and communication with another Salesforce product such as Pardot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a holisitc view of each constituent and how they engage with our network which helps us report and make future decisions as well as measure impact.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization uses Sales cloud. With intuitive features, seamless integration, and powerful analytics, it has been a game-changer for our sales team and has helped optimize customer relationships. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sales Cloud offers robust features, its initial learning curve can be steep. The customization can sometimes be overwhelming, and the pricing model might be expensive for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Storing all information for sales in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the sales cloud is a single place where all the information about my customers accounts, contacts and their leads and campaigns can be stored. Reports are also a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more information and guidance on how customer data should be structured and shared with external systems such as SAP and oracle erp systems. At the moment there can be a build up of bad data in the system and it's a little hard to change and course correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to capture information about how our customers want to be served by us in the future. Salesforce allows us to capture this information in the form of leads. That allows us to make more informed decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
The jpsode of using Salesforce the wide breadth of add ons by other companies specializing in certain products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is not cheap and may not be accessible by all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we need to get toa point to use CPQ.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps my team forecast and manage our pipeline. We also use it to manage out reach and lead generation. The addition of modules and applications helps boost the productivity and efficiency of the cloud

Without proper training users can be overwhelmed at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us aggregate all of our touchpoints with customers and prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Hands down the ability to hold a centralized space if customers, leads allows the team work more efficiently and reach our customers better. The seamless nature of it allows it team to do and be better at their jobs
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to this point I don't have anything specific to call out. We are still navigating the various programs without to see what we can leverage to continue making the benefits of the program better for our team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to keep better track of existing customers and new leads to accurately track our customers and new ones to better assess their needs and how we can get them the products needed
