Sales Cloud has changed our Business
What do you like best about the product?
Before Sales Cloud it was like the Wild West. Every Rep was doing what they wanted, when they wanted and however they wanted. Once Sales Cloud was adopted we were able to put in scalable processes and the guard rails necessary to get real consistent results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are many things about Sales cloud that I don't like but we did struggle with adoption. When users struggle with the UI or process it does take a little bit for adoption to really take hold.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solid repeatable Sales Processes. All reps doing the same thing every time helps us to make our reps more productive, this making our company more profitable. It's a win-win

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud had been the best investment we've made to keep track of our accounts and customers!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of ways to do similar things. Can get very confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping better records of our sales processes and ROI's

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud streamlines the entire sales process. Configured even close to properly, you can guide the sales team through their processes with a ton of automation and ability to only show what needs to be shown for those profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features take some getting used to and require quite a bit of training, so a sizable admin team is required depending on size of company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales team doesn't need to wade through a bunch of technical jargon or deal with spreadsheets to do their job. This is solved with Sales Cloud.

Ease of use and customization. User experience and user knowledge.

Nothing really. I have no dislikes. No issues.

A world class, unquie dream builder which has provide our users the next evolution in sales and engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are merely opportunities for us to refocus and reimagine how we can better serve our customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problems in the past have been truly providing a engaged experience for our users. Sales Cloud allows us to move at a great rate of speed and evolve to our custom.

What do you like best about the product?
The Salesforce sales cloud contains all the necessary features to make successful sales, very intuitive for the user
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the sales cloud is very good as it is, what I would like it to include are more explanatory messages when a problem occurs

Using Sales cloud to track major gift donations
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows us to easily track major gifts to our higher Education institution. The Best in Breed tool for sales is also a great fit for our donations pipeline!
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports took us a while to find the sweet spot for our institution. Partly this was due to changing business requirements, and partly because Salesforce was a new tool for our report writers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline insight. Prior to Salesforce we might know that we expect $x in revenue, but we could not see how that would be distributed across different revenue streams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how nimble and agile the software is when we're needing customizations and how intuitive development can be not needing to be able to code.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little easier reporting for my users. As an admin I love reporting out of Salesforce, but my users all complain and need guidance with completing more times then night.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales process and guiding my users through an opportunity is amazing. Revenue tracking, doc gen, sending for signature, etc all go through Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is THE solution that allows for the tool to confirm to you and your processes, not the other way around. When combined with the other offerings, Sales Cloud can grow and move as fast as your organization and profession.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any product, cost can balloon quickly when not party of a holistic, well thought out solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud has allowed me, in multiple roles, with multiple companies to have a great launching off point. Is solves many of the core issues you're probably facing (data uniformity, customer analysis, sales enablement and growth)
Highly customizable
What do you like best about the product?
We have the ability to build and deploy apps that are geared toward specific customer experience. Helps us stay relevant and relied on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user hierarchy doesn't work for our user base so we had to customize it. Would have been nice to be able to use it out of the box.
