What do you like best about the product?
Organization of data is important and helpful. Reps have full transparency and automation components are powerful. Sales pipelines are a complete journey towards driving revenue
What do you dislike about the product?
Old data and reporting. Sometimes it is difficult to weed out old or stale data via reporting, but there are workarounds to ensure the data reps see is the most current data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps us to keep visibility on our customers. We have a complete tracking and history of their needs and their journey. It affords our reps the best data possible

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is very versatile and flexible. Not only does it help facilitate the customer journey it allows you to build and manage auxiliary processes with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud could include more of CPQ features in Sales Cloud or make it easy to transition from native quotes to CPQ quotes. It is very easy to outgrown the native quote functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitating the lead to close sales aqusition process. It also helps us manage our closed loop SAAS selling model. Salesforce also helps us measure and report on our success.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce flows, automation, and reporting streamlines the ability to track opportunity metrics and identify ways to reduce time to sale. Flows are also a great way to make sure all critical customer data is captured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce documentation is still manual and it takes significant work to document system configuration, process flows, ERDs, etc. streamlining this process along with the new devops center for change management would be much appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking sales opportunities, pipeline, and forecasting revenue. Salesforce also also us to track opportunity touches and timestamp touches so we can track stake opportunities

Versatile & tailors to our low code, no code policy. Most of the out of the box functionalities and features help and assist with our business needs & benefits.

I have yet to find something I dislike about the sales cloud.

Sales cloud is helping our teams prioritize leads with lead scoring. This improves our productivity and ensures we are choosing the right customers and jobs.

This has allowed our team to anticipate opportunities and challenges in our business. Has streamlines smart processes and enforce governance of new campaigns. We can no Gather data that allows us to champion at an executive level to take calculated risk in order to grow.
