It’s been such a life changing experience
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. It allows sales users to keep track of their accounts/opps & prospects via reports& dashboards. The sales path on the opportunities has been very helpful feature for sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the thing I dislike is the most is on lightning, I am not able to use ctrl + F on the page which makes it very difficult to navigate the data I am interested in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have created a couple of forecasting process using salesforce cloud that is used by the entire sales team at my company. The processess requires design, build, QA and deploy. I created a custom object as this process requires a very custom solution. I have used change management in salesforce cloud which is very straight forward and user friendly.
Easy for our colleagues to do the right thing and hard to do the wrong thing
What do you like best about the product?
Using a combination of tools, both declarative and code, we have the ability to quickly iterate to create a great sales product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improvements with security, Integration options, and dev ops across the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently building out loan origination to better enable our teams. We are also adding in sales enablement functionality for our Commercial users.
Great platform for any kind of Business

Being able to use ootb features and also to extend them without a code.

Nothing, because it allows to fulfill different needs

Gaining the complete 360 visibility on All relevant activities.

Sales cloud allows us to track a large amount of deals and opportunities to accurately forecast bookings and revenue.

Sometimes tasks aren't intuitive within the platform.

Provides us a centralized solution to process customer deals and contracts.

It's needs some customization for the right fit solution. However, declarative tools make it easier

It can be too complex at times. This makes timing a challenge.

Sales Cloud Awesomeness
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the system to do just about sleeping you could envision and solve for in a single platform. The endless apps that are easy to install. The self management without needing consulting or external services to manage, maintain and build on top of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite literally nothing. Best in class, industry standard for a reason. If I had to pick one thing it would be price of addon modules like CPQ, Territory Planning and Revenue Intelligence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account management, sales performance, lead management, quote to cash, contact management, etc. All of this in a single system provides data government and single source of truth
Excellent tool for CRM+ and Sales
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in both configuration and the end user experience is unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is an obvious factor but when you look at the overall benefits it pays off in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage a major merger within our organization as well as generate new business from existing clients. This has allowed our performance to increase.
Sales Cloud has changed our Business
What do you like best about the product?
Before Sales Cloud it was like the Wild West. Every Rep was doing what they wanted, when they wanted and however they wanted. Once Sales Cloud was adopted we were able to put in scalable processes and the guard rails necessary to get real consistent results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are many things about Sales cloud that I don't like but we did struggle with adoption. When users struggle with the UI or process it does take a little bit for adoption to really take hold.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solid repeatable Sales Processes. All reps doing the same thing every time helps us to make our reps more productive, this making our company more profitable. It's a win-win

Salescloud had been the best investment we've made to keep track of our accounts and customers!

Lots of ways to do similar things. Can get very confusing
