What do you like best about the product?
Combine it with the agentforce, the future is bright. The ability to consolidate data and get actionable insight is timely and needed.

There is nothing I dislike. Everything is great.

User not putting in enough data. But the agentic ability is important.

What do you like best about the product?
The single, 360-degree view of the customer. It puts all the data (accounts, contacts, opportunities) in one spot, which is super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit overwhelming and complicated to set up and manage, especially for smaller teams. Also, the licensing costs for advanced features tend to get really expensive, really fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved: fragmented data and slow sales processes. Before Salesforce, our customer info was everywhere (emails, spreadsheets, notes).

Benefit: now, all our data is in one place, giving us a clearer view of the pipeline and letting us close deals faster because our reps aren't wasting time searching for information.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its ability to efficiently manage sales funnels and leads for our brokers. Its action alerts and report management are extremely useful, providing comprehensive and efficient oversight of sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would make the Community Cloud part more robust. Today it is very simple and does not offer several products that are only available in SalesCloud, not in the community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to manage leads and clients for brokers and for commissioning, simplifying these operations and increasing the team's efficiency.

I have not experienced many downsides, except maybe that it's expensive and requires a lot of customization
