What do you like best about the product?
It's one stop for all the sellers and account manager needs with all the flexibility of customizations as per customer needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's vast and needs lot of learning curve

Little but more of 365 view of the customer with in a CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Trailhead covers most of the stuff which is new in market and helps understand the product when newly launched.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support response for some issues not in timely manner many a times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us advisors for day to day activity such as accounts, opportunities , tasks , events and campaigns , reports and dashboard etc

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a comprehensive CRM platform designed to streamline sales processes, enhance customer relationships, and boost team productivity. It offers robust features like lead and opportunity management, forecasting, and customizable dashboards. Integrations with various third-party apps and a user-friendly interface make it a preferred choice for many enterprises. However, some users may find its pricing on the higher side and its plethora of options slightly overwhelming. Overall, it's a powerful tool for businesses looking to supercharge their sales operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud: where you enter with hopes of instant CRM mastery, but instead get a PhD in 'Clickology'! If you've ever wanted a platform that makes you feel like you've walked into a maze with a blindfold, Sales Cloud's got your back. And while they promise to "supercharge" your sales, sometimes it feels more like they supercharged the number of tabs you have open. But hey, if navigating a digital labyrinth is your jam, then welcome to the promised land! 😉 (Disclaimer: Just a fun take, Sales Cloud is genuinely a robust platform!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Tracking and managing leads and opportunities can be chaotic without a centralized system.
Benefit: Sales Cloud offers a unified platform to manage leads, track their progress, and nurture them through the sales funnel, ensuring no potential sales are lost.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps our non profit data organized, easily accessible, integrates well with the rest of our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a non profit we do not have a lot of budget most times, and for some of the things we would like to do there is an extra cost to get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Track member contact information, segmentation fo campaigns, donation management, ticket selling for events and ecommer orders

Being able to show the business the insights through sfdc capabilities and contibute the decision making process at different levels

Not being able to measure stage changes at opportunities module in an easy way

What do you like best about the product?
It's so simple to use! I love how well it integrates with my stack of other Sales tools. It's really user friendly also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's really simple to use for everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Record tracking and keeping all of my data in one place. We used to have so many silos that we were able to Solve by having Salesforce in place.
