Accurate and timely - the support staff answered my questions completely

What do you like best about the product?
Although it can be a tough climb at first, Sales Cloud is straight ahead and a great that salespeople can use to organize their day. Managers get accurate and timely info.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complex and despite what SF tells us - Clicks not code is not as true as they would like to believe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product mix is complex. Sales cloud helps us manage and report deals accurately and in a timely manner. It keeps everyone - including the finance team - up to date on what is happening.

What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable. Can make it do whatever you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to onboard and set up. Requires resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM - Sales Data for customers and managing opportunities. We use it to track all of our customer data from prospecting, sales calls, follow ups. We even use for forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone knows how to use it, and it's a skillset that will go with you from job to job. The customization makes it simple to personalize across products and companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface isn't pretty - it's not "fun" to work in. I know the point is for customization but it's not the most exciting place to work in on a daily basis!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's consolidating all information and data about an account and its subsequent opportunities into one place. You can also interact with other users at your org on each Account and Oppty.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a powerful CRM that provides the full sales pipeline from lead generation to new customer
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It has everything you need and allows for customizations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get all of my customer and potentials customer data in one place. This helps me better track and communicate for potential upsells as needed

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to manage leads, contacts, opportunities, and cases. Task activity mark and prior notification reminder for that task is one of the best feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
All are good actually but if reminder notification came on pc not on the site then it is the best software to use

Salesforce Sales Cloud enables sales reps to establish effective communication with their prospects to achieve shorter sales cycles. With access to social network profiles associated with Salesforce accounts, contacts, and leads, sales reps can serve customers and prospects more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Our sales teams can share activities and manage our customers simply and sales managers can analyze sales numbers and activities of team members to improve the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce has many functions, so I think we can use more effectively. However the system design is quite difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we have to share the data of sales activities and customers in some sales teams and we can easily share by using Salesforce and analyze the data of whole sales teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps me organized and up to date with client information, tasks, and creating proposals, contracts and group information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help desk is not fast in getting back to me with issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales focus and the ability to access client data quickly.
