-very expensive
-customization can be time consuming
-salesforce promotes clicks not code but often we need to address deficincies in the platform with custom development which is inflexible, not as scalable and expensive
-requires professionals with a niche skill set to develop declaratively

Salesforce is very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the most intuitive tool I have ever deployed. Even people with low digital maturity can understand and use it quickly, which is a major win for smaller non-tech companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs are high, which makes it more difficult to sell as part of the digital transformation journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is now the one-stop-shop for all salespeople, which is something new for the organization and enables tracking adoption and results.

What do you like best about the product?
How organized all my information is - between reports, dashboards, etc. I love the dashboards featuring graphs as well...super helpful way to view our data

Can take getting used to. Easy to navigate once you are familiar but a bit overwhelming at the beginning

Tracking performance data, providing visual for our data analytics. Helps us know where we are excelling and where we can improve

What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendly inreactive view and you can easily maitain your leads devide them accordingly as per your requirements .Trust em this helps a lot when you can modify and work according to your requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now haven't felt any issues while working with Salesforce in Specific. But yes if there is any issues will surely convey to the team.Thus amazing experinece so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firsly maiting a lot of leads of the clients is really a tough job on itself and need some software to help with it. There comes the amazing Salesforce which not just helps in Maintaining the leads , create a neat and clean enviornment wherein i can see the leads which i have to work on a urgent basis .

We can do a lot of automation to remind our reps to follow next step and keep executives informed at all times.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen much but I would like Salesforce to have some automation that can trigger Visual force button action from a flow. I would like validation rules to be more point to click and less code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation. Less work for rep and closing deal faster. Setting email and slack alerts when closing deals or when deal has been pushed to next quarter.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is great for automating and streamlining sales processes and repetitive tasks. Its intuitive interface and robust features enable our team to manage leads and opportunities effortlessly and improve customer interaction.

Would be a nice feature if you could add external meeting links to Events.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps provide insights into sales and engagement trends effortlessly directly in the platform instead of having to export and use spreadsheets.

Sales Cloud is a well-known product for a reason - it gives us what we need as a company to be successful and organized with our data. Happy with our decision to use this!

The biggest upsides can be a downside as well - sometimes it is difficult to get things off the ground, but that is part of the product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping us organized, giving us visibility into data and metrics, and enabling us to quickly deliver reports and data to senior leadership / investors. As an experienced user, it does what we need it to do .

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is great because it is a system that is easy to navigate! It's great that you can accomplish something in several different spots in the system. Provides the ultimate flexibility. As an Admin, Salesforce continues to make my job easier by providing the tools for point and click development.
What do you dislike about the product?
New features rolled out for Salesforce sometimes can come with deep learning curves and sometimes not fully complete features. I can understand how difficult it would be to build for ever scenario that admins use it for since the system is so flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency is a huge solution that Salesforce provides for us. Executive officers enjoy having dashboards that include the sales efforts our salepeople are completing. It's great to have a forecast of deals that are in process.
