Salesforce FTW!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it keeps notes from calls in an organized fashion, so I can go back and review other peoples calls from within to organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything specific I do not love about Salesforce. I do wish zoom links would auto-populate with calls I make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides transparency within the organization. It helps me have a comprehensive view of my client's journey.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its simplicity, i like that the stages are visual, it's easy to find the data you need via global search, Quick and easy to update records with minimal button clicks
What do you dislike about the product?
dashboards dont auto refresh when you load them up or if they are on the homepage, auto assignment rules dont work for the gmail plugin by default, other than that im grasping at straws
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
reports and analytics, better pipeline and fob reporting, easy automational of processes and opportunity tracking, good collabration between sales teams internally.

It is a good customer interface that I have been using for 5 years.

Sometimes it is slow to generate information. Although it happens once in a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Information. I am not lost with the last conversation I had with my customers and the security of the CRM as well.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot! Easy to use, User-friendly, easy to customize, able to generate reports in an instant. Was able to logs easily, able to create future task and tons more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it hangs and I think its because of the internet or sometime too many windows open. That's the only issue I experienced so far, having time to open lead and reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to customize report, able to pull up records from the past and able to manage the system easily. What I love about it is that we can see future dated tasks and also getting the customer's info in a second.

Easy to use, quite complete CRM, endless report possibility and the app is great to use on the road.

Sometimes it's slow to open pages on the app and you need to start your research because it got lost.

It allows the user to be in total control of their data, has several different options that really makes sales and data analysis easy to understand and take advantage of

It starts running slow after a while of using the platform, this is a very disruptive issue since people like myself use it during the whole day and it needs to be restarded at least 3 times every day

It allows me to have full control of all my information and organized my day, also check into new leads, create follow ups and speed up the whole process, a lot easier to follow up on current sales
