What do you like best about the product?
The most advantageous feature of Salesforce Sales Cloud is the tracking and monitoring of everyday operations within each account. It makes it possible to keep up with ongoing actions and guarantees continuous, thorough visibility into the advancement made within each account.
What do you dislike about the product?
To make the most of Salesforce Service Cloud, businesses may need to spend money on support and training. Salesforce Service Cloud has a steep learning curve that need to focus on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From your mobile smart device, you'll have complete access to all the information, tools, and other resources you need to interact with your leads. You'll always be prepared to expand your business, regardless of where you are or the device you're using. Put your customers first.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, all important customer details are recorded clearly. Easy to search for lead information and creation
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicate leads being created if original lead is already converter to opportunities

none so far. Updated lightning version is very user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Helps with meetings, pipeline, opportunities and sales plus more
What do you dislike about the product?
It works great I cannot think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps my open opportunities, pipeline, and call lists organized. Reminders for sales meetings. Tracks my performance and sales. Tracks customer service chatter conversations in one place on each account. No conversations lost.

What do you like best about the product?
Searching customer database is a breeze and creating new accounts is the same. Reporting and data gathering on call, account and customer statuses is so easy and intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Tends to get slow running multiple tabs/accounts at times. In our line of work, we tend to pull up dozens of accounts at a time since we work multiple customers within the accounts SLA's

What do you like best about the product?
salesforce makes it easy to manage leads/opportunities.

Tool provides information about previous conversations with clients and very easy to add future tasks.

Also, salesforce is compatible with our phone system, everything is automated.

Life saver =)
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty much salesforce is great, if there's one thing that will make the experience better; it might be a good idea for salesforce to create an app that can be downloaded from Smart phones/ tablets!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- In our organization, we have different departments receiving the same lead information. Salesforce helps us identify if there's a duplicate lead/opportunities; this avoids multiple touches.
- With thousands of leads that we are working, salesforce provides quick view of previous conversations; this makes it easy for us to easily pick up topics from last conversation with clients.
-Automatic call logs saves time!

What do you like best about the product?
The software provides a great user experience through its interface and functionalities, allowing us to measure and predict futures with which we project our products and services, these forecasting options continue to improve constantly causing us to grow at the same time as the tool, automations can be created in different ways being very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Lightning report generator leaves much to be desired compared to the classic method, we believe it should be improved as it is still an interesting option for the development and use of reports, customer support should be improved we have noticed that support tickets are omitted and we do not receive response to errors that we may eventually have at some point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce allows us to modify different points of view through its reports, it helps us to capture information to be used by our operators, improving the analysis and increasing the productivity of our operations, Salesforce also adapts perfectly to other tools managing to keep the information centralized supporting time savings. We use Salesforce as a relationship and sales projection software to calculate and measure the possible income and expenses of our company, in order to be able to project the way in which the business will move depending on the stages, allowing new methods of connection with our customers and partners, obtaining excellent results that help us to grow constantly in the sales department.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is very helpful for my role when it comes to prospecting. I have all the necessary information of the prospects so i can connect to them. What i like most about it is the ability to check for any duplicates lead that really saves me time specially if the lead already has an owner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am having issues with Salesforce sometimes where i need to refresh it from time to time because it is not showing the dashboards or reports. That is about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is very beneficial for my role when it comes to prospecting. All the necessary information that i need to connect to the prospect is available. It also solved issues when it comes to duplicate leads by using smart search.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. It has all the history of my leads and helps me track them to get closure. It is integrated with other tools making everything automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is a little boring, I feel the UI should be more attractive which makes our working fun!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me track all my leads with all the history like first contact, whenever I connected them, and can check all the emails shared with them, their opportunity amount, lead owner history, etc.
