Enhance the management and performance of your sales teams by leveraging technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting capabilities need to be enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool to manage my sales team and streamline the entire sales process, from the initial lead all the way through to closing the deal and receiving payment. It helps ensure that every stage, from prospecting to cash collection, is handled efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

I don't have any significant dislikes when it comes to using Sales Cloud.

Salesforce helps me better understand my sales forecasts and enables me to take early action, allowing me to properly address any expectations of a potential decrease in sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesforce Sales Cloud transformed our client management with its easy client and contract handling, enhancing our service delivery. The transition to Lightning was smooth, and I prefer it much over the classic version. I appreciate having everything in one place, as it makes sales tasks more efficient. I also enjoy using it to create opportunities and follow up on leads, which is crucial for our onboarding process and managing new client contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for Salesforce Sales Cloud to have a built-in document generation feature. Currently, we have to rely on an external app like Conga for generating quotes and forms. It would be much more convenient and efficient if this capability were included out of the box within Salesforce, reducing the need to go to an external app or use third-party services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sales Cloud to streamline client management and contracts, improving service quality. It reduces screen juggling by centralizing information, making sales tasks more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a powerful CRM platform that has significantly changed how we handle leads, opportunities, and customer relationships. Its features for automating workflows, monitoring pipelines, and providing real-time insights into sales performance have proven to be extremely valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
The customization is extremely flexible — it allows us to design workflows, data models, and AI automations in a way that fits perfectly with our clients’ Salesforce environments. Integration with other Salesforce clouds is seamless, and the UI is intuitive even for non-technical users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the main limitation is the lack of native support for using custom LLMs or external AI providers. It would be great if Salesforce allowed more flexibility for companies that already have their own trained models or want to connect private APIs securely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us centralize all customer data, manage leads and opportunities, and automate our entire sales pipeline. It improved visibility for our managers and reduced manual work for the sales team, making our process faster and more predictable.
