What do you like best about the product?
How organized all my information is - between reports, dashboards, etc. I love the dashboards featuring graphs as well...super helpful way to view our data
What do you dislike about the product?
Can take getting used to. Easy to navigate once you are familiar but a bit overwhelming at the beginning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking performance data, providing visual for our data analytics. Helps us know where we are excelling and where we can improve

What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendly inreactive view and you can easily maitain your leads devide them accordingly as per your requirements .Trust em this helps a lot when you can modify and work according to your requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now haven't felt any issues while working with Salesforce in Specific. But yes if there is any issues will surely convey to the team.Thus amazing experinece so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firsly maiting a lot of leads of the clients is really a tough job on itself and need some software to help with it. There comes the amazing Salesforce which not just helps in Maintaining the leads , create a neat and clean enviornment wherein i can see the leads which i have to work on a urgent basis .

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has very good features. My productivity got increased because of all changes taken in years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead and COntact management need a lot of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead scoring is one important factor which helped our team to achieve results faster

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps you close your deal in very professional way
We can do a lot of automation to remind our reps to follow next step and keep executives informed at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen much but I would like Salesforce to have some automation that can trigger Visual force button action from a flow. I would like validation rules to be more point to click and less code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation. Less work for rep and closing deal faster. Setting email and slack alerts when closing deals or when deal has been pushed to next quarter.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is great for automating and streamlining sales processes and repetitive tasks. Its intuitive interface and robust features enable our team to manage leads and opportunities effortlessly and improve customer interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be a nice feature if you could add external meeting links to Events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps provide insights into sales and engagement trends effortlessly directly in the platform instead of having to export and use spreadsheets.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a well-known product for a reason - it gives us what we need as a company to be successful and organized with our data. Happy with our decision to use this!
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest upsides can be a downside as well - sometimes it is difficult to get things off the ground, but that is part of the product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping us organized, giving us visibility into data and metrics, and enabling us to quickly deliver reports and data to senior leadership / investors. As an experienced user, it does what we need it to do .

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is great because it is a system that is easy to navigate! It's great that you can accomplish something in several different spots in the system. Provides the ultimate flexibility. As an Admin, Salesforce continues to make my job easier by providing the tools for point and click development.
What do you dislike about the product?
New features rolled out for Salesforce sometimes can come with deep learning curves and sometimes not fully complete features. I can understand how difficult it would be to build for ever scenario that admins use it for since the system is so flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency is a huge solution that Salesforce provides for us. Executive officers enjoy having dashboards that include the sales efforts our salepeople are completing. It's great to have a forecast of deals that are in process.

What do you like best about the product?
It can grow with your company, it is an enterprise solution that is completely malleable to your industry. You can change your structure at any point and pivot in another direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to put in the work, they give you the basics and you have to tailor it to your company's software. You should have an Admin in-house to keep it growing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It runs our entire company and what we can not leverage, we add additional apps to connect to SF to make sure it gives us everything. It is the center of it all!

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has transformed the way in which we manage all sales reps in our face to face channels. We have a robust 360 view of the customer and our sales teams are well prepared at the customers prem based on the information we are able to provide them but also so that they can keep themselves organized. I like that the platform is well designed and easily customizable using clicks vs code.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much that I dislike like. If I had to choose something it would be the field limits on the task/activities object as we have on many occasion needed to make decisions on which fields to remove to open up the ability to create a new custom field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud has given us the ability to easily understand what all sales reps are spending their time on in field. It's enabled the sales reps to sell more as a result of their knowledge of their accounts and reduced their manual workload through process automation and screen flows.
