What do you like best about the product?
sales force can integrate diferent programs ans allows the user to change the plataform to theirs needs

itys pretty slow some time if you need to do diferents tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the programs allows our company to check metrics of sales for each vendor and also to plan or analice strenght and weakeness

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has outstanding flexibility for adapting to different sales processes within the same org. It is easy to customize (with the help of an experienced admin) and has the ability to automate processes to increase efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there have been some improvements over the years, Sales Cloud dashboards could use some advancement. At this time, they are very limited. Salesforce does have an analytics solution to solve this problem, but it is an additional cost on top of an already pricey base license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps our sales team identify and reach out to potential customers, keep track of multiple opportunities and monitor their bookings goals throughout the year. It also provides critical reporting for sales managers/execs to know which opportunities are in jeapordy and need executive support.
Salesforce has been a revelation for our team and it just keeps getting better the more we use it!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and intuitive design for easy onboarding are huge benefits. Reporting and dashboards that don't require a developer to create or modify is so empowering to our managment team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a salescloud issue, more of our configuration, but I really dislike Chatter. It's a dumping ground for lazy documentation and doesn't enforce best data entry practices that we need for our CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency is the big gain with Sales Cloud. Between dashboards and reporting, there is no where for underperforming tactics (or agents) to hide! Our inside sales close rate is up and unworked tasks are almost non-existent.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is an innovator, plain and simple. As the sales landscape changes, and leaders need stronger, targeted, and more innovative tools for our teams, Sales Cloud continues to adapt and provide exactly what's needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
With there being so much capabilities with Sales Cloud, features and functionality can often get lost or go unseen. It's helpful to have experts available to help guide our organization through the changing tides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is our one source of truth for our sales motions. As we have multiple teams leveraging various systems, it all ends up in Salesforce and Sales Cloud, meaning reps have insights, and leaders have the oversight needed.

To Do List - understanding more features of the email template out of the Gmal App
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to edit/update the To Do List once it is popped out. You can complete the task but not related link back to SFDC record

Automating and streamline steps with connections with prospects
Sales Cloud is so powerful, so collaborative, and so easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has transformed the way my teams communicate about opportunities. Chatter makes it easy to keep a history of EVERYTHING we're doing with our clients and when new people come aboard our team, it's easy to get them up-to-speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! I suppose I wish a lot of the functionality and formatting of Reports and Dashboards looked a little better on mobile, but I have definitely seen this improve over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only having visibility across the globe of all teams selling to my clients, but also being able to find trends and insights at client competitors that help our account team generate ideas and opportunities to bring to our client.

The is so much to do and may take time to learn but not a big deal

The breadth and depth of functionality - and how easy it is to integrate to almost any other Marketing or Sales tech
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the extensive functionality (which is a plus) it isn't as straightforward to navigate until you have systems and tools experience - UI is not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to have a centralized hub for all marketing & sales intelligence to help drive demand, track pipeline, nuture customer relationships and analyze data to help drive direction and strategy.
A robust CRM tool with great integrations.
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer number of integrations with other tools we use in our day-to-day makes it an excellent CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very cumbersome to learn, as a result of the customizable nature of the tool itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce allows me to access all my customer, lead, opportunity, and even intranet data in one app. My job would be a lot more difficult without it, or with a lower-performing CRM.

What is most helpful about Salesforce is it's intergration with other Softwares.

Least helpful is the constant need of refreshing the report

Solving organzing a lot of information I can not store anywhere else
