Salesforce Sales cloud crm tool helps us in making our customized O2O process as simply and perfectly, supports automated emails notificationand ease of integration with n number of downstream tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from user license cost everything is fine and cool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with Billing and invoicing systems, lead converion to opportunity makes very easy and restriction rules validates our data and makes new sales people understandable the process.

Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I can't think of any circumstances where you couldn't modify Salesforce to accomplish what you needed because it is so configurable. If Salesforce hasn't created the feature yet, anyone else can create and upload their solution to the marketplace so that others can utilize it as well. Additionally, practically every other app or piece of software you can think of has integrated with Salesforce because to its popularity and size.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I despise it because every system has faults, however occasionally Salesforce has sluggish problems. I can say that it is normal because it could depend on our internet connection and the quantity of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My sales integration is made possible via the Salesforce Sales Cloud. Sometimes the customer has to consider whether to buy our services, but if they decide to, the Salesforce Sales Cloud allows me the ability to return to the original order I created, saving me time compared to generating a new opportunity.

Keeps my workflows organized and it is easy to use.

Bugs and errors and all that makes my job harder.

Keeps track of all opportunities and important accounts that we need to be on top off.

What do you like best about the product?
You can do a lot of things. Stored call information. You can also store knowledge base links that made it ease for you to look for an article or artifacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some feature or system such quote tool where you experience lag for a min or 2 that makes your call longer than expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything I do in a call is being stored ing salesforce and that makes my life easier than traking it manually. The quote tool of course and the segregation of items.
Salesforce is a POWER
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is it's interface or dashboard. The color of it made us feel lighter and made us forget the target quota that has been set to us. Also, I can say that it is user-friendly. At first, I thought that there are a lot of field that needs to fill out but the ability of it which is auto-population made our job easier. And the most powerful thing about it is the integration to other systems and apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that it is a dislike as all systems have it's own bugs but there are times that Salesforce has lagging issues sometimes. Well it maybe depends to our internet connection and the number of user so I can say that it is normal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new Sales Representative, this really helps me do multi tasking in a way that a lot of fields are auto populated, I just need to fill out all the customer;s info in the comment box so I can proceed in working for a new customer. Aside fromthe fact that this is integrated to other tools we're using, it is easier for me to contact clients as the database is so powerful and efficient
