What do you like best about the product?
Creating and processing Sales thru sales force Sales Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than that the program at the beginning load slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Loading Time is quite slow

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me a lot in terms of prospecting and ideally this is the platform that every sales person will be looking for since it very friendly user and no downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to say since it meets my expectation as a sales person and as I using sales force for more than a decade now. Salesforce sales cloud never failed me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that salesforce has resolved and benefits me the most is the easiest way to track and document all the propect client that would like to get the product from us.

approval chain should be faster as it takes lot of time to get approvers notify

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the number 1 CRM for sales because it helps me sell faster, smarter, and more efficiently. I like how I can manage my leads, track my opportunities, and forecasting sales resulting in an overall positive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce is really a powerful tool not just in the sales industry, it sometimes hit a snag especially if there is an upcoming system maintenance. It would also be great if Salesforce will have the ability for us users to view our productivity for the day. While this is something that isn't in the pipeline at the moment, I'd still recommend Salesforce as it gets better in the future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has a conversation intelligence that serves as my guide in dealing with my whatever type of customer I have. With that, I have gained confidence in talking to each potential client and I have been closing more sales with the help of Salesforce!

What do you like best about the product?
Easiest part is when you are in Salesforce, it is like using Google, it is very easy to use and navigate!
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization is very difficult to do especially with critical reports, but other than that all parts are great especially the navigation!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track all my opportunities and closed sales. Salesforce is the best tool for Sales reports, simpler platform and managing sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Great sales funnel system, I get why the company is huge. Functionality is great, and data is nicely organized and shareable
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, it's great. Asking me to say something, so I will say a cleaner look, although lightning has improved, managers stay on classic and it's annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales funnel system that holds all my clients data and system operations

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is one of the best tool for Opportunity to order process, validation rules guides users on process and restricted without making any mistake and maintains a clean procdure for invoicing the contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
User license is very high and needs to be uptodate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead conversion, restricting the Sales process and makes easy the way for invoicing.

Not much I dislike to be honest I actually have had ahead expefince and so have my client I am working on being a salesforce more positive then negative for me and clients

Managing my CRM and sales pipline needs auto mating my sales process and marketing as well as automating my needs around all things CRM and marketing I am looking to go to experience cloud got a portal next

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is an excellent tool for businesses since it allows for integrating various mechanisms that contribute to the automation of processes, such as reports and other customer interaction tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like Salesforce Sales Cloud, which does not have enough training material in Spanish, so it can be a language barrier when learning more about the tool's services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows managing and synchronizing tasks between areas to focus on the relationship with customer administration and on monitoring key indicators for business management.
