Salesforce is the must tool for any business

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce cloud for sales is a business-essential tool, without which we wouldn't be able to automate, scale and/or monitor our business. It enables us to track our business in real-time
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much apart from the sheer scale of it which can make it difficult to focus on what to improve on next but this isn't an SF issue and more an issue for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling us to track our global business in real time and provide the latest data and insights and where we need to improve and scale our efforts. Also providing excellent dashboards

What do you like best about the product?
Customizability and Scalability, Comprehensive Sales Management, Enhanced Collaboration, Robust Analytics and Reporting, Mobile Accessibility, and Ongoing Innovation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike, it depends on person to person as their key requirements get on changing so it's on the individual which cloud they prefer and it's not at all related to disliking any of the cloud specifically

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has genuinely transformed our sales operations. The impeccable account and contact management functionalities effortlessly centralise customer information, enabling us to provide tailored experiences. The opportunity management and forecasting features revolutionise our sales process, expediting deal closures. With its mobile accessibility and automation capabilities, our productivity soars even when we're on the move. We wholeheartedly endorse Salesforce Sales Cloud as an invaluable asset to any business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface lags or requires me to refresh when viewing KPI's on dashboards; I wish this could be more automated. Also, the interface could be changed to make it easier on the eye. But otherwise excellent product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has solved significant business challenges. It organises customer information, expedites deal closures, and boosts productivity/efficiency with mobile availability and automation. It's a transformative tool that has really improved our operations.

What do you like best about the product?
I am delighted about the launch of automotive cloud. I'm really interested to see how this develops to supports the changing needs of the industry

There are too many options to utilise. It feels like we are only scratching the Surface

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sales cloud for 4 years and it I love how user friendly it is. It's interface is easy to use and friendly to the eye.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some things you still need to go into Salesforce Classic but this has improved a lot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our main CRM, we have lots of 3rd party app integrated like mulesoft, DocuSign, pardot just to name a few. We use it to store our customer data, market and so on.

As such I didn't find any dislike for Sales cloud

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud comes with market boom which provide necessary resources that increase user experience. It also useful for automating business workflow and enhancing user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it very useful but it is somewhere costly as well, non Salesforce customer are finding difficulties in using it as it requires a special skills to use it in day to day activities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am working as consultant so I can provide customer to solutions which increase market growth also there is no requirement of hardware and software so performance is excellent

It is provide convenient way to customer so it does not have any dislike except setup process is hard
