What do you like best about the product?
Ease of managing objects and conversion from lead to opp. Integration possibilities. Sales cadences and Einstein. Ability to automate the sales process allowing for increased productivity.

Easy ability to cleanse data. Hard to remove opportunities that are linked to live account and contact records. Skews the data for any analysis. May just be us though!

Able to provide visibility of priorities of leads and opps. Sales flow for the prospect journey providing advisors with next best action suggestions. Increases revenue possibilities management visibility using reports and dashboards

The power of Sales Cloud is unrivalled and with each release the functionality gets better and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not found any downsides yet but I've not used any crm competitor products either to compare

It supports a full end to end Sales Motion for our sales teams, automating processes and making the journey slick and easy

What do you like best about the product?
It's really intuitive and the user experience is extraordinary. Never worked with a crm as good as salesforce. The price is fair and there are updates every few months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Customers Complain about the Price Bit in my oppinion it's actually fine compared to what you get for it. As a consultant the learning curve is a bit hard at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting an overview over the sales pipeline and being able to report on every single kpi. Reporting capabilities are beyond every other product I ever worked with.

Not a lot. Some things are a bit to 'standardized'

best CRM tool available right now, easy to configure, easy dashboard for managing and tracking the leads of sales and ongoing projects, easy to implement in environment

not so easy dashboard for novice persons, will need help of support for implementing the solution, and it's bit on a expensive side, not ideal for small and medium businesses

Salesforce helps in avoiding adding unneseccary users on the acount and helped in not spamming the clients multiple times and when there is a meeting taken it is easy to reach out to users whom we had meeting with

For me I didn't found any dislike except it is expensive. For some of the software I need to pay to get the service which may become the dislike and here many things are there so learning never ends.

Salesforce sales cloud has some limitations with its action and it has to be renewed and maintained in different period cycles. Buying licenses is some what expensive for small business which are looking for tools likes sales cloud.
