What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Sales Cloud is precisely the balance it offers between flexibility for customization and the robustness of sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main strength of Sales Cloud is providing a complete and flexible platform for managing the sales cycle, with automation, artificial intelligence, and native integration between marketing, service, and CPQ. However, its main challenges lie in the total cost of ownership, the complexity of licensing and configuration, the reliance on good data governance, and the need for well-planned architectures to avoid excessive customizations and fragile integrations.

Salesforce Sales Cloud addresses the lack of visibility and control in sales by centralizing data, automating processes, and increasing productivity, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its ability to make us more productive than Excel, as it provides everyone access to information. I find the Accounts feature particularly useful and cool. The transition to using it was easy, and I find it way more efficient than using Excel.
