What do you like best about the product?
It helps us to track all the activity like revenue generation and expense generation, also we use tabCRM to visualize the data which is stored in the salesforce cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuration at the initial stages is time-consuming and is not user friendly, we have to take help from third party, secondly it is very expensive, but anyway it is worth the money paid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have integrated Salesforce with other applications like workflow, ERP, and MySQL, Salesforce cloud helps users to channelize their customer's information and track their splits and revenue achieved and their Quota attainment rate.

Declarative configuration, coding experience not required for most administration.
What do you dislike about the product?
complexity can make it challenging for new users to navigate and configure. It may require significant time and effort to fully understand and leverage all the functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a centralized database to store and manage customer information, including leads, contacts, and opportunities. This helps eliminate data silos and enables easy access to up-to-date customer data, promoting a unified view of customers across the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce CRM is highly customizable; I can manage and monitor the leads, and call logging is also there; it has user-friendly interface after a certain amount of training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning training is a long process for some users, and they find it challenging at the time of configuration, one more suggestion is that the user interface can be more simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage customer relation, tracking of sales leads and pipelines, customer support, calls logging for further auditing, project tracking, user friendly interface, easy to configure.

What do you like best about the product?
You can easily maintain data of leads snd projects and also can arranged them in a sophisticated manner, it will make your working life hectic and stress free, support is also good
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users find it more complex during the initial phase during configuration, and also it is a lil bit epensive side, without any technical support it's a tough task to configure SalesForce CRM according to organisations

SalesForce is helping me in daily life in solving so many problems, managing leads and ongoing projects is very easy and also logging the calls like feature add a plus point in banefits.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent, user-friendly software for small and start-up enterprises who require it. It is simple to install and use and have a user-friendly interface. Used it in customer support as well and the capability it provides is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is comparatively costly than other options is the biggest thing one could dislike. Other minor glitches and bugs are something we can expect from any software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us in maintaining a great database of users which can be accessed from any place and at any time so that we could manage customers from different regions without disturbing in their leisure time.
Along we that we have integrated this in social listening tools to analyse data

It is a good platform. These days cloud plays an important role in storing large amount of data. We can take backup of messages, numbers, photos, videos and our important documents using cloud

I find everything as useful till now and didn't face any challenge in using Salesforce sales cloud.

Cloud is solving the problem of limited data storage problem and losing the important documents. We can take backup of our important documents on cloud and can use it anytime.

Little high licensing cost
Maintenance of license
Storage, CPU maintenance at production is not same as development environment

What do you like best about the product?
This provides a robust user interface that is really lightning fast and very easy to use. The third-party integration is also very fast and seamless on this platform, I have done many integrations such as integration with the Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, and many more, I also get some APIs for the integration too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it's perfect.i will definitely recommend it highly.
