What do you like best about the product?
It's a way of working and easy to use. It's flexible and efficient. User-friendly and easy to use for external purposes and integration with external environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the surface, I would say the increased pricing and setup is a little bit complex and time-consuming as it requires lots of training for the user to learn it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales cloud is making communication easy with a short cycle. We can access social profiles where we can connect with contacts and provide a medium to the customer.

Easy to manage. Simple to configure. Flexible enough to almost fit exact meets.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, sometimes it is required to reach out for external consultancy for mero flexibility in functionality. The common use case is round-robin for new leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking sales orders and seeing the impact of individual agents on closing opportunities. Activity tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
As a user of Salesforce Sales Cloud, I can attest to the transformative impact it has had on my business operations. I deeply appreciate the platform's high level of customization that allows me to mold it according to my unique needs, which in turn optimizes my lead management, forecasting, and deal progression. Being cloud-based, it enables me to access data remotely and get real-time updates, which is indispensable in today's dynamic business world. What I also value about Sales Cloud is its capacity to integrate with a myriad of other software tools and Salesforce's own suite of solutions. This creates a unified, comprehensive ecosystem for all my business operations. On top of all that, Salesforce's outstanding customer support and commitment to constant innovation equip me with the advanced tools I need to stay ahead in the competitive business landscape.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found that the high level of customization, though largely advantageous, adds to this complexity, often requiring a dedicated team or expertise for proper setup and maintenance. In terms of cost, I feel that Salesforce Sales Cloud can be quite pricey, particularly when incorporating advanced features and catering to larger teams, when compared to other CRM solutions in the market.

brains behind our operations. The sales team utilizes it to work on each deal, and they're adding even more features like AI now too!

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to set up. There's a lot of decisions and choices that need to be met. Having a dedicated sales cloud owner and buy in from all departments using it will solve that issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping all our customer data in one for our sales teams. It allows marketing to get her what they need and enable the sales team to close the deals with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
By adopting the widely-used, industry standard CRM/sales platform, there is an endless number of resources available to help build out the necessary solution, or to easily use existing solutions instead of reinventing the wheel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The isn't much I don't like about Salesforce Sales Cloud. There are occasionally some quirks that require a workaround, but are often resolved in near-future releases anyway.

Salesforce Sales Cloud replaces outdated CRM functionality with modern, industry-standard tools. It provides better visibility and increases efficiency, while significantly reducing training time.
A must-have for any business to build a single source of truth
What do you like best about the product?
Automation, reporting and dashboards, ease of use, and of course the data being in a Clou, secured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some simple tasks are too hard such as simply running a report and creating an extract of all fields with their API names of an object aside the Dev Console that produces an unfriendly formatted extract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all data in one place that creates a single source of truth.
Sales Cloud could make the business to customer more easily
What do you like best about the product?
It gathers all the important features for sales such as qoutes, oppotunities, leads, contacts, and accounts in one page. Its easier to navigate all the tabs as well as very convenient in any mobile phones whenever the user is out of his or her laptop. It also works offline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the resolution responsiveness in laptops with a small resolution. I think it becomes a bit large and I need to zoom it out whenever I am navigating the pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solve the problem of switching orsinging-in to other pages with different use for sale. It is very easy to collaborate with everyone in the team of sales where they can see tabs in one page.
Functionality is required considering the characteristics of each country

Standardized processes through the Sales cloud can be applied to increase the value of the company. In addition, it can increase the efficiency of work. I think this is the advantage of sales cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regional or national characteristics clearly exist. I hope that each country's characteristics will be provided in a package. Then you will be able to use sales cloud more in each country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work processes can be unified and processed to increase work efficiency. Integrated management of distributed data helps maximize data utilization. I can develop my personal work further.
