What do you like best about the product?
It is a good platform. These days cloud plays an important role in storing large amount of data. We can take backup of messages, numbers, photos, videos and our important documents using cloud
What do you dislike about the product?
I find everything as useful till now and didn't face any challenge in using Salesforce sales cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud is solving the problem of limited data storage problem and losing the important documents. We can take backup of our important documents on cloud and can use it anytime.

What do you like best about the product?
We can manage and store all the data related to sales and associated customers in common and centralised location. It also have various essential features for marketing aspects and can also provide a way to analyse sales data and provide various other features along with these feature to best analysis the business patterns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little high licensing cost
Maintenance of license
Storage, CPU maintenance at production is not same as development environment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provide the best analysis for my customers feedback and sales which leads in best decision making in future aspects and continuesly provides its nest support to my customers support

What do you like best about the product?
This provides a robust user interface that is really lightning fast and very easy to use. The third-party integration is also very fast and seamless on this platform, I have done many integrations such as integration with the Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, and many more, I also get some APIs for the integration too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it's perfect.i will definitely recommend it highly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud enables sales reps to establish effective communication with their prospects to achieve shorter sales cycles. With access to social network profiles associated with Salesforce accounts, contacts, and leads, sales reps can serve customers and prospects more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
With sales cloud we get pre built saas solutions to fasten up the sales process of brand and scale up the business as well monitoring the sales performance with on the go analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other salesforce application, the pricing starts increasing if we want to upgrade to production env. And avail more flexible limits,
Also governor limits bottleneck the use cases under certain scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytics solutions it provides, helps in finding the pain points which are holding the growth of business, as well it makes easier to onboard customers and provide them customized solutions.
Also its flexibility with integrations allows us to enhance the experience of user.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales force helps you to be more focus towards you sales like e commerce, customer services,lead generation, marketing automation, analytical and application development
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is unresponsive sometime and some emails and calls remain unanswered, they should be more dedicated toward customer support, and monthly and annual plans cost higer than other crms

What do you like best about the product?
If you work in sales, Salesforce sales can be quite beneficial. I adore how it makes everything more organised for me. Since I can simply search using keywords and get accurate results, it really helps me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet noticed anything concerning this software that I don't like. Instead, I laud it for the way that it assists me in managing all the information for my job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
arranging a large number of different pieces of information. I used to work in sales, and each account needed a place to store documents. Simple keyword searches yield incredibly precise results.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps user to integrate with the third-party tools and also provide user one platform to track down all the details of product like opportunities, lead generation tools.

The support team is bit slow and takes longer time to respond needs to be improved overall it is good platform which provides best services for the users and admins

What do you like best about the product?
It helps our Sales team find all their activity for quotes and leads in one place to follow up, log activity, or add an event. I like that we can work on implementing the benefits for our team so they learn to LOVE Salesforce as much as the admin team does.
What do you dislike about the product?
The duplicate management tool does not always catch everything, so the sales team sometimes puts in duplicate leads, quotes, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping improve our lead process, and identify good leads.
