the best CRM for sales

What do you like best about the product?
I like pretty much that is so helpfull in order to have a lead tracking, sales man activities etc
What do you dislike about the product?
In modules could be a little repetitive process to fill in data , and that is not so intuitive like other sales CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The principal is the lead tracking system, and sales management for executives

What do you like best about the product?
How powerful and customizable of a tool it is. It is quite possibly one of the best CRMs to use, and the fact it can hold so much data and allows for customizable reporting, too, makes it helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
If anything, the cost. While it is a great value add, the cost can be daunting for small organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More organization in pulling data/ customized reports for sales goals, initiatives, products, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the go-to tool to find out the accounts that I need to work on. Accounts assigned to me and also of the past events that happened with that account. Past activity, emails, calls, messages, and opportunities are all there to get a complete overview of the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the one thing I dislike is the number of fields there are for each account or lead. Looks very overwhelming at times. I understand only a few are actually mandatory but imagine finding out the mandatory fields among the 100 fields you have,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I have the complete overview of the account along with all the activity for all the leads, this helps me figure out what to be done, to which contact, and when. Also, the reports that Salesforce provides, save me a lot of time. Hate manual reports, big fan of Salesforce for that.

What do you like best about the product?
It is good for multiple division, and processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of licenses, other wise I don't have anything else bad to say
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working to be able to do more with reporting tool , as well as good instruction on how to modify or change processes

What do you like best about the product?
The most recent automation on another tool that we're using makes it easy for us to do our work seamlessly, making it efficient and outstanding. I have never used a system tool this great at job!
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, there's an ongoing issue with syncing with another tool we are using for vehicle and drivers. Though I can understand that this is beyond Salesforce's control. It'd be great if the issue would be fixed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the issue I raised, it is a great benefit that some of the entries we have are properly synced now so our job is getting easier and effective making us efficient and would be able to handle more tasks because of it.

What do you like best about the product?
About how I'm able to create new contacts and mentioned notes on each account
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is really slow summertime and could have been better in terms of page load
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving problems like being able to save every contact to a specific account and easier to reach out by linking it to Salesloft

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's user-friendly and customizable to our needs. I also like that we can have control over who gets access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that the app does not save the automation approval. It keeps asking after selecting the option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have people working from home confirming appointments and adding orders.

What do you like best about the product?
It is awesome. We can maintain the data properly and lots of features available here. As per business need we can get different page layout here. Overall it's awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such to dislike. Only we have the email limits I can say the drawback. We should provide at least 50000 emails for free. One more thing is reports, we can see 2000 records only. Rest all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage all things in dashboard regarding sale. It's is the best part. Also we can see the campaign details, it is definitely affecting the sale and management of company

What do you like best about the product?
Manages the customer's interactions, sales processes, and pipeline effectively. It provides automation features that streamline sales activities, such as lead management, opportunity tracking, and contact management. This automation reduces manual tasks and improves productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works as expected. There's no downside that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Salesforce mobile app enables sales representatives to access critical customer and sales information on-the-go. This allows for better customer engagement, even when away from the office.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales are really helpful if you are in sales. I love how it helps me to organize everything. It helps me a lot since I can just search keywords and the results is accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't observed something that I don't like yet for this app. Instead, I highly praise it on how it helps me with my job in terms of managing all the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing a high volume of pieces of information. I worked in sales and there are documents that are needed to store in every account. I can just search keyword and the result is so accurate.
