What do you like best about the product?
Sales pipeline are really great and so many oob features
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the application freezes, and when I refresh the page, I end up losing my data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely heavily on customizing Sales Cloud to manage our business development activities and to track our deals effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud streamlined our sales, contract and installation team together to provide a superior Smart Home product to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud will require new thinking within you organization to get in place. Partnership with older technology partners will need to be considered to get in place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our agents and installation techs the ability to access key knowledge base information to provide the best customer experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud allows for users to make the most of their leads and opportunities in order to make more money for our company. I love sales cloud and how it gives a 360 view of each customer and allows us to go from a prospect all the way up to a closed opportunity with all of the functionality in between.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud can be restricted to its own rules and processes and sometimes can be limited and it's expansion without having to add on some sort of development, third-party tool or custom code in order to have extended functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping to optimize our user sale process by helping them navigate through the CRM faster and use all of the features that sales cloud has to offer to finalize their deals no matter where our agents are in the world.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesforce Sales Cloud allows for the creation of specific workflows for my clients' businesses, reflecting their fundamental differences. I appreciate the ability to qualify opportunities with clear vision and quickly track them, which improves efficiency and results. The setup process was simple, allowing us to accelerate implementation efficiently. Additionally, the artificial intelligence and new features, such as AgentForce Vipes, are highly appealing for reducing development times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are configuration issues that are complicated for us with Salesforce Sales Cloud. We would need more flexibility in the list screens and also in some other areas that have limitations. The user interface is another aspect that could be improved, as it is important for customers; sometimes they request more information on the screens and it is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to quickly track opportunities, generate and qualify them efficiently, with a clear view of the forecast and estimation of monthly results.
