It was life changing as I become more productive.
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting and consolidation of data for monitoring and auditing purposes. I am able to create dashboards of my consolidated reports and easily track cases I am working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the permission limitation for regular users, but I understand that there is a license that needs to adhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am doing manual reporting before but with Salesforce, I am able to collate all data I needed for the report and automatically create dashboards to present the accomplishments of our team and track on those cases we are working in progress.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly, and I can easily navigate to it. It also has options to automate extra clicks, which is efficient and time-saving for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on my experience, Salesforce has limitations, and sometimes the business needs those functionalities. For example, the reports that can be added to a dashboard have a limit of 20.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity. Since it's more efficient and time-saving for users, we can easily complete tasks. The more tasks completed, the greater the increase in productivity.

The best thing aboubt that is is multi tenent architecture and that helps up with the server issues resolving and customer data is displayed very fast .

I like the structure and organization of customer communication records.

I rarely input information into Salesforce. I usually just need to consult what others have done, so I can't really say I dislike anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest problem with Salesforce is that I was not thoroughly trained. Thankfully, it is laid out intuitively so that its easy to navigate all of the helpful information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Salesforce is a universal CRM that can be used by many companies. I have used it for many years with different employers. There is also a sandbox mode for practice and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's because of my current employer, but as of now, everything has to be manually integrated.

Currently, I am using Salesforce at work for applications and enrollments.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud daily for my job, and it is so easy to use! Navigating is a breeze, and I love how I can track my activity and keep organized with tasks. The dashboard feature is so useful to have a quick glance at my activity holistically, and I love how I can run reports with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have issues with SF inbox tracking my email activity, but that might be an admin issue that needs to be fixed on our back end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it's making my activity tracking so easy. It also allows my team to manage our pipeline smoothly, and we can all view what/how each other are doing.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a best Sales product a company should use in order to get smooth experience of business sales side. Standard components are itself enough to run a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experienced everything as good. No dislikes as such about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving a big gap between business and their current traditional CRMs. The product has good automations that can do most of things by itself. I see multiple benefits like lightning reports and dashboards with a great visual representation of the data.

What I like about Salesforce is it helps our teams to communicate well by leaving documentation. It's also easy to navigate its features.

There are times that SF is having some hiccups

It solves us from guessing how the clients were handled by the previous agent who assisted them. It also shows us the past history of all our clients and it helps us determine on how to proceed to their assistance.
