Great and Robust experience with AI and Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
It's been couple of year working with Salesforce sales cloud, its really wonderful and great experience, it's vast and comes with flexible in dynamic configuration as following

What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find as such since I mentioned .I don't find any comparative tools However few things can be little improved like flexibility in customization options and cluttered Ui
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As it is elegant with features to boost online sales and very user friendly and good community supports.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best cloud we can increase sales for f a company by using this cloud
There are lot of features available in sales cloud specially the list views as a report we can use

No such dislike things available but if we can reduce the license cost of per user it will be helpful because for small businesses it is difficult to maintain Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It increases the sales of our clients maintaining the reports is very easy and we don't need to spend a lot of time to build reports and this is so user friendly
It really helps me a lot when it comes to my workload.

I like how Salesforce Sales Cloud manages each account. Like all of the details are on the salesforce. You don't need to deep dive the information because all of the details and information are all complete.

I can't think dislike about salesforce. To be honest, it make my life easy because everything that I need is in salesforce already. It helps me gain more sales because of salesforce.

It helps me gain more sales everyday because of the complete information of salesforce sales cloud. It make my life easy as well with the business because of salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce makes it easy to navigate large amounts of stats on each client.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, Salesforce is quite expensive. There are lots of good features but it comes at a cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce keeps our small team about to manage numerous clients reducing our headcount requirements.

Complete design with various visibility options. It is also very intuitive and allows for easy understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its loading sometimes takes a very long time and it is not so easy to integrate with other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help concentrate the information about our partners on the platform. This helps us have a more complete and intuitive database.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud helping in both b2b and b2c businesses. Integration of all the data at one place helping in better system, also the best part is the community where we can ask questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be more ui interactive, the look and feel could be better. Also there are many ideas on ideaexchange that should be implemented not sure why not done till now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM is the best part, what i like most is the data stays intact and can be used directly according to the permission assigned to the user. The flows and automated processes are also very good.

I like pretty much that is so helpfull in order to have a lead tracking, sales man activities etc

In modules could be a little repetitive process to fill in data , and that is not so intuitive like other sales CRM

The principal is the lead tracking system, and sales management for executives
Powerful and Resourceful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
How powerful and customizable of a tool it is. It is quite possibly one of the best CRMs to use, and the fact it can hold so much data and allows for customizable reporting, too, makes it helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
If anything, the cost. While it is a great value add, the cost can be daunting for small organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More organization in pulling data/ customized reports for sales goals, initiatives, products, etc.
Comprehensive CRM for any Sales team
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the go-to tool to find out the accounts that I need to work on. Accounts assigned to me and also of the past events that happened with that account. Past activity, emails, calls, messages, and opportunities are all there to get a complete overview of the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the one thing I dislike is the number of fields there are for each account or lead. Looks very overwhelming at times. I understand only a few are actually mandatory but imagine finding out the mandatory fields among the 100 fields you have,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I have the complete overview of the account along with all the activity for all the leads, this helps me figure out what to be done, to which contact, and when. Also, the reports that Salesforce provides, save me a lot of time. Hate manual reports, big fan of Salesforce for that.

Cost of licenses, other wise I don't have anything else bad to say

They are working to be able to do more with reporting tool , as well as good instruction on how to modify or change processes
