SalesForce and its advantages
What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce is very practical in carrying out the company's processes, with tools that cooperate and assist with daily tasks, from creating some content to even consulting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how these processes work, they will create bottlenecks, not exactly because of Salesforce, but rather due to the company's processes. However, until reaching this point, the tool already helps a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the creation of contacts with other companies, inquiries about important information to carry out other processes that I need to perform daily tasks in the company.
It is a very useful tool.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very useful tool to be able to control and follow the processes with B2B and B2C clients. It can also be integrated with other tools that complement commercial and service management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Salesforce authenticator takes too long or doesn't open properly and I have to restart the process. It also happens that the framework does not ask again but it is not effective and it asks for authentication again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, it gives me the opportunity to follow up on everything that has happened with the client, what areas have intervened, when they communicate with us, what emails have been sent, among others.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent tool in the day-to-day commercial process. It facilitates the prospecting and identification process at each stage of the client

Sometimes it requires a lot of system resources and becomes a bit slow; you have to be patient so that the data load is complete even if you have good internet

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and wide range of filters that we get from salesforce helps us to identify and understand how the lead is performing. It also helps to handle the team properly
What do you dislike about the product?
interface and also it need to use more AI to understand what is the thing that me or my team requires and can automate new graphs and stats by itself, this would give visibility that we might skip
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexibility and easy handling for people travelling
No better solution exists for Sales!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure, broad knowledge in the market so Sales reps have a shorter training window vs learning a new CRM. The functionality possibilities are endless!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a spaghetti monster at times, and getting things exactly like the stakeholder wants can require custom code, better to refine the idea and the process first!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the Sales organization up to date on Accounts, Opportunities, Contracts and Renewals. Also updating and enhancing the sales pipeline so that reps know where their target are and how to accomplish their quotas

What do you like best about the product?
As a market leader for over 20 years Salesforce has made it's mark on sales teams globally through it's robust feature set that it has today and dynamic long-term roadmap to stay the leader in functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other CRMs it is dramatically more expensive in most cases, you can mitigate this by trying to purchase other licenses for users that are on platform or otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I built my business applications and sales platform on Salesforce and also primarily service clients who use Salesforce as a consultant and it hasn't disappointed it can resolve nearly any customer challenge of use case that comes up for any Sales or business development team in any industry.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to manage all contacts, accounts, opportunities and build report filtering to help sales reps look for what accounts to prioritize reaching out to. Also ties into our marketing qualified leads process and able to manage "user" or rep information to track their time to first SAO from onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always the most pretty or user friendly in terms of user design. Going to list views looks different than building out filters in report views which can often confuse or slow down novel users when they are learning how to leverage the platform to look into their territory and edit account information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to track all activities against accounts and contacts, track partner opportunities, MQL's and where in the pipeline opportunities sit. It allows us to filter to identify best ICP's of focus and keep detailed notes on accounts and what is moving them forward or blocking a deal
Decent CRM, Good for Quoting
What do you like best about the product?
I have 24 agent companies to keep track off, and SalesForce is great with keeping track of them. It helps keep track of quotes and revenue that comes from completed orders too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contacts section. It doesn't necessarily keep track of individual contacts but it does keep track of rep companies. That's really the only downside for me with SalesForce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep our rep agencies organized in one place as well as quotes that we send out to them. It's easier to keep track of revenue that comes from quotes too.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud help customer properly align their sales and customer in getting proper insight into the sales and customer details, all can be easily found in one place. Reports & dashboards give a plus point to have a visual representation of the data of customers/ leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about the Salesforce sales cloud is that for any further add-ons, we have to pay massive amounts due to which small organizations are unable to afford that small amount.

Excellent tool for management and monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
The best are definitely the automations, the ease of giving visibility to different users/departments. Internal/external customer follow-up. Developing and integrating with existing systems was possible and hassle-free despite programs that were quite old.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I liked an update that changed how you automate dashboards. For some users, it was a bit complicated. The good thing about that update is that it made the user more committed to using the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep users engaged in finishing their assigned tasks. We generate a report of the agenda made by the commercials where the % of compliance of visits and the sales generated are evaluated.
