What do you like best about the product?
salesforce sales cloud is simple to create dashboards, i can easily manage my manage my marketing leads and one more best part of salesforce is that i can easily access the salesforce from my mobile at anywhere i want
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much things that i dislike about salesforce sales cloud
but we can't able to mark some lead status directly and some of the duplicate records also we can create

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lead generation is the best problem solving i can say because we can create the lead by ourself without asking for a manager help. we can mark the task and that will remind us at the particular timing so that i can easily get a reminder to call at certain time

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is one of the best enterprise products which provides a great platform for an organization's sales department end-to-end activity like creating product details etc., creating campaigns, maintaining customer contacts, triggering emails, reports and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a Salesforce user, I don't see any drawbacks in the sales cloud; I would suggest that there was a maximum of drag and drop kind of development features provided that will be liked by new bie/freshers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud solves all problems related to our business module and department requirements. When using other offline tools like spreadsheets or any other means, the sales cloud has all the features, and any customization can be done using the Apex/Visalforce programming.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce gives you fields that are useful and help you progress your deals and keep track of customer information that is not only important, but that can help others if the account is moved to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can feel like there are too many fields. It requires you as the account manager to focus on the correct information without filling things out to "check the box".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep all of our customer information in SF Cloud. That includes all of the contacts, the champions and the decision-makers. All of the current solutions that the teams are using and all of the possible new business is kept organized within SF.
Excellent for Reporting!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful resource I utilize when in Salesforce is the customizable live reports. We are able to see data live and export what we need instantly without having to rely on outdated systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about Salesforce is the limit on fields. Often I want to further customize reports but have to repurpose fields in order to get the desired result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our student information system is clunky - without Salesforce, we would still be using the manual entry for graduation applications and much more. It is a life-saver for time!
Good Customer Service App!
What do you like best about the product?
You can see the connections of a certain case/ticket to other possible cases or tickets, you can Comment, Email or Log a call which is convenient that you can do all communications to the customer in the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The buttons sometimes are a bit confusing but with time and how often you use it you'll eventually get used to the buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems being raised to our company are being solved via Salesforce. It minimizes the time needed to joggle on the tabs as there is shortcut in the Salesforce.

You can keep track of sales, revenue, employee metrics all in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version could be improved. I think the interface should be more organized.

It's unreliable integration with outlook, inbox and sf calendar.
You f you are using SF native features then it's pretty good but as soon as you try to collaborate with other products, it does not work as good.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is an outstanding and reliable customer service management platform. One of my favorite features is its powerful analytics and reporting capabilities, which allows our team to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. This allows management to make data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, one of my frustrations with Salesforce is the ability to find an org ID's easily. As a consumer with over 6 orgs, when I get an email with an org IDI . to manually search the company information in each instance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Flows, we have been able to streamline a lot of our processes in the system. We have been able to remove a lot of manual work on sending notifications and general emails, allowing our sales team to get to more customers and increase revenue.

The amount of alternatives to do integrations with other software and platforms. Also, the way you can personalize your experience with Salesforce

If you want to use it properly, you need to have a person that is very well-trained in the platform and is likely to be exclusively focused on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have all the sales and customers information in one place. Also, you can do reports, dashboards, trackings, etc. Unifying different aspects of your daily work in one place is very helpful.

Can be overwhelming to some users who have not been exposed to technology enough
