Perspective of Salesforce Sales Cloud as a 10+ year Consultant!

What do you like best about the product?
I could almost write a book about what I like about Sales Cloud. Sales Cloud is the bread and butter of Salesforce CRM. It includes many out-of-the-box objects and fields that are ready for use for any small, medium or enterprise business. Of course, customization is needed to configure additional fields, business rules, automation rules, and security, but it can be easily done with a seasoned administrator or consultant. It is a flexible CRM with a powerful automation engine and an endless amount of apps you can add to your Salesforce with the AppExchange.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure. Companies new to Salesforce will need to understand and navigate the different license options available, which will impact the annual cost of Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud allows all my clients to track their key prospects (Leads), customers (Accounts & Contacts), and sales pipeline (Opportunities). It allows them to track their engagement with these customers with tasks and report on them.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can track your sales process, you can manage and track your accounts, contacts and opportunities, this way your sellers have advantages over their roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have had a great experience and any enhancements needed Salesforce usually fix them on Each release. Sales cloud has been working really great for our company.

Getting more customers

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud, you get the sales automation features you need all in one place. Sales Cloud empowers businesses to manage leads, track progress, and automate sales processes with ease.Lead are basically prospects of any business. Account stores info about companies who are interested in deal along with contacts as sales reps of those accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. It can be enhanced with lightning components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud enables sales reps to establish effective communication with their prospects to achieve shorter sales cycles. With access to social network profiles associated with Salesforce accounts, contacts, and leads, sales reps can serve customers and prospects more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the leader in cloud technology.Majority of the MNC's and small scale companies are using it widely because of its adaptivility.It is far better and Updates than it's competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislikes is not much of it but yes it can be made bit cheaper moving forward.Rest everything is good as it provide the update on regular basis. No one is perfect so is Salesforce Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped a lot in Increasing the revenue per employee.It is a perfect example of one stop solution.It increased the productivity by reducing the manual Intervention.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce provides the best customizable, Low-code UI setup, CRM in a Service as a Software Cloud-based Solution. The skies are the limit with salesforce, quite literally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The naming of ui setup options can be difficult to understand if you haven't trained to use the software, but that's easily remedied by all the free training modules and trailmixes provided by trailhead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The guided selling screen flow is a big plus to help quickly provide sales reps with the tools they need to be successful and focus on tasks to increase sales/leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is a great tool that is very flexible that can be configured to manage almost any business process.
What do you dislike about the product?
If best practice is not followed and strict user control is not implemented, users with the wrong profile could damage the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One system to view the whole customer journey and all interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
We can manage data and communication records easily if people don't have any technical knowledge; they can also operate it . We have sales forecasting that help analyze sales trends, and accordingly, we can plan, it provides a platform we can share our data and work with the nearest sales
What do you dislike about the product?
There is such dislike kind of things, but when I work with the salesforce cloud, little bit facing problems while doing integration, and also I think we can do more work on customization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get all data of the customer on a single page, which can help us with planning for business deals; we can easily manage customer relationships; we can also access and operate it from phones, so its giving very friendly user interfaces .

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to check the history of the transactions since it can store footprints of the users and the changes they made on an account. It also gives you a lot of options/ apps to choose and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still has its old style looks making it harder to find information that will make you feel like it's not user friendly. It would also be great if we can easily search articles using keywords or boolean search, if necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides great support for my role as it gives variety of options to choose from. It benefits in a way that I can do my job better using it by having its current features, but it can do better. I can't recall much of the details since it's been years since I last used it, but on my experience its an okay.
