Salesforce is helpful for me to track the history of my accounts and keep organized
What do you like best about the product?
The thing Salesforce is most helpful with is organization of accounts. As well as allows me to track what happens from previous notes to contacts being changed between versions and outreach overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of it are the overall access to everyones accounts and seeing the activity, and freely being able to change them or have people steal them when you may be actively working it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization for my overall accounts, understanding what has happened in the past within the account so my new outreach can correlate with what happened in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite is that it gives me a wide range of customization to manage every sales entry or lead prospect. This CRM helps me save time in data gathering and makes me more efficient with my reports
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite. I love every feature that it has and it helps me a lot in being more efficient and effective on my daily tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the time I was using Salesforce Sales Cloud suite it help me a lot in saving time when running reports and gathering data. The time the save allows to do more things. Now that's what I call efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best was that the actual maps were integrated into Salesforce itself. I didnt have to go else were to get to a map if the task called for it or to look up a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked that it opened up another tab and took you outside of salesforce and you were no longer with in the program were the rest of your work is being done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce maps was helping us get a clients location or an HOA location if the data wasnt already inputted into our CRM. At times just locating a clients community name.
Reliable and dependable
What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to use and a time saver. Very easy to create leads and opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the account is hard to search if you are searching for their names only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud help us in tracking our activity from the point of creating a lead for a customer to creating Opportunities and closing the sales.
Powerful Tool in Sales Process
What do you like best about the product?
I love the deep level of customization and ease of integration with other tools that Salesforce provides. There are such granular options to make sure the platform can be exactly what you want and need it to be for your specific processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the level of customization possible can be the hardest thing about the platform as well, it takes practice to know where to look and how to configure the features you can get the most use out of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It so easily makes every step of the sales process visible to the other people in an organization that need it the most. No more sending emails and then sending them again, updating spreadsheets, re-sharing files, etc. because with Sales Cloud you can easily give ongoing access to your team to collaborate on a win.

It keeps my day-to-day prospects organized and lets me know the stage at which they are in. The sales process has been hastened and has helped me close more qualified deals
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the visual aspect of salesforce. I wish there was more customizable ability with the interface. IE creating a black out background so that I do not need to wear blue light glasses

The business problem is keeping the prospects and sales process organized. This app has helped our entire team close more deals and stay on track with goals throughout the year

I can say that the most useful aspect of SalesForce Sales Cloud Suite is its ability to integrate and automate the sales process, allowing sales teams to focus on interacting with customers instead of wasting time on administrative tasks. Some of its main advantages are: Greater efficiency and productivity, Better sales visibility and analysis, Customization and customer focus, Mobility and accessibility. In summary: SalesForce Sales Suite is a comprehensive solution for sales management that helps improve efficiency, productivity, and customer interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the aspects that I consider I like least about SalesForce Sales Suite is the high cost of the platform, as it can be a bit high for smaller companies, although by reviewing costs it could be adapted to the plans suggested by the developer. I consider that its learning curve is a bit steep, as users who are not accustomed to sales management software may find it a bit overwhelming at first. Something very important to consider is that it is software that depends on internet connectivity, so if the user or the company has a weak connection, this will be reflected in low productivity in the sales team.

SalesForce Cloud Suite is a tool that has completely transformed the way I conduct my sales. Before, my biggest challenge was keeping an adequate track of my sales opportunities and having a clear view of each client's history. With SalesForce, I can now track every detail in an efficient and effective way.
With SalesForce Cloud Suite, I have been able to solve many business problems, such as the difficulty of tracking a large number of clients. Before, I lost important information in emails and handwritten notes, which made my work difficult. Today, everything is in one place, and I can have a clear and complete view of each client.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of containing client information. Keep client information well organized without much of our thinking/ organizing/ effort on our part.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times - if we stay logged in for too long - or if there is a wifi glitch /issue - it can lose the page you / we are working on.

Keeping client data. Gathering the Client / patient data for metrics useful for benefitting our patient care.

Salesforce Sales Cloud - A Force for Sales professionals!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps me to stay organized - to a hyper degree! It's not only my best calendar (thanks SF!) but with tasks, opportunities and more, once I log an event, all of my follow up activities are already lined up to go! I just have to log in, and do them!
What do you dislike about the product?
I only really dislike that to do some things requires some salesforce wizardry, mostly when it comes to building reports. Sometimes I find things should be a little easier, or I wonder if I'm possibly the only one searching for these types of reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having things that were traditionally in different programs all under the same platform is a great thing and huge time saver. I am bad with calendars traditionally because they aren't tied to more than the events, wehreas in Salesforce I can tag tasks and other activities to the client/event.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is perfect for the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to converting someone to a customer. When trying to implement and onboard new sales reps on to the team following structural opportunities and processes are very helpful for paying attention to detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is the industry leader, well renowned, and most people are comfortable using this as a CRM but sometimes the process of updating records, loading accounts can take a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is amazing at helping and creating customer lifecycles, monitoring, and track email activity. Update statuses involved with customers, decision-makers, and prospects.
