Great product for sales and CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use and very user-friendly. Very easy to make sales, sales call and if you are using CRM then all details of customers at one place. also, the creation of reports and BI tools is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only price, as this is very costly to use. rest all are ok
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales force going to give us single platform for all sales, CRM, Collection, Followup and Great Dashboard.

No words to define Sales Cloud Suite dislike. It's an awesome tool for all Sales need in a CRM, which can access anywhere by login into the Salesforce Enviornment.

Expedites sales processes
What do you like best about the product?
Switching from NetSuite to Salesforce for our company pre-sales processes has been a game changer. It has made the process more sophisticated via item configuration, eliminating unnecessary duplicates and streamlining the approval process. The system is also more user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some system limitations have had to be worked through to configure products, items, state adoptions, and other factors. As an education technology company, it is hard to find a software solution that exactly meets the needs of a non-traditional business and customer base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More sophisticated pre-sales processes that expedite the lead-to-quote and quote-to-sales order cycles. As we continue to migrate items and product verticals into Salesforce from NetSuite, we hope that usability and utility will only enhance the experience.
Built in marketing and sales features with a lot of customizations
What do you like best about the product?
Built in process that suites most of use cases for marketing, lead nurturing and Sales, customizations can be done with no code declarative tools, rich reporting and dashboard

Highly priced licence, lightening UI is suffering for a slow performance, a lot of features requires ong learninv cirve

Awesome Platform for Maps
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about salesforce Mabs is the capabilities of 3-D and zoom in any location that you're searching with accuracy and ease of the platform. I would definitely recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't like about sales first Mabs is that you have to look at the date to ensure if it's updated or not. You will have to ensure accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that salesforce maps sauce for me, is finding the locations in a timely manner, which helps me to prioritize and run my processes smoothly when working
Best CRM in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of custom development, reporting and business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tough to get into. Requires years of experience or consulting company to help set you up properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting on business decisions, custom revenue scheduling, building custom business processes, automation flows, integrating with 3rd party tools, etc.
Best CRM of its kind
What do you like best about the product?
I have used sales force for some years, I like the whole interface, the frontline sales dashboards, lead management, and sales tracking. The ability to integrate with omnichannel and other softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my 3 years of experience using Salesforce I have never encountered any live problems, the software is perfectly built to serve its exact intended purpose. I really would recommend this, especially to tech companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to CRMs when you are in the sales and business development space you need a CRM that will give you all the flexibility of doing everything in one place. Lead management, sales funnel tracking, closed deals per consultant tracking, inline telephone integration, and emailing tracking. Sales force gives all that.
Great tracker
What do you like best about the product?
Great product for keeping track of meetings and it integrates with Outlook to allow to keep track of email communications with people you met with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Salesforce. I like that you can personalize the format to your business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce allows me to keep track of all my contacts and meetings and create data points I want to track so at any given time we can pull a report and see how many meetings we've had, what their needs are, and when to follow up.
If it's not in Salesforce then it's not anywhere!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using SF for over a decade, and I know the true power of Sales engagement. From a qualified Lead to an Opportunity to a completed Sale, SF offers a seamless experience in this whole cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
None in particular. When you have a customised SF instance, things go off track purely on how your relationship objects are set up. Outside of that there is nothing on SF that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Business accounts on SF, and it helps us track every activity on an account level. This includes Emails sent to a contact, key features on the product tracking etc.
Service Cloud Saleforce
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we are able to track our sales and customer retention on our ecommerce website. We can also implement coupones and track our inventory in our Warehouse.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might sometimes be a little complicated to generate different promotions or offers on our ordering site. Requires a specialized Saleforce person to explain the different functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us reduce cost on other software licenses due to implementing everything in one single platform.
