What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce cloud gave us the chance to to interact with process of each solar intallation like note , advanced Crm with the option to send Sms to Clients with use full template
What do you dislike about the product?
Its would be great that it was compatible with most phone system for small companies, faster support when users forget thier password , More colorfull pages but for a profecional view it ok
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Administrate diffrent customer and their need by having most of the information ready for review no matter the state in the case of solar we need to get to everyome that has the need for solar

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to manage my leads properly so that I can call them properly and can take proper follow-ups and updates from the customers which is the most important part of sales
SUPERBLY EFFICIENT
What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot of features here to navigate and easily track leads were being assigned. This has been a user friendly tool which makes my job much easier, no questions asked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I experienced lags especially when too many cases popped up. It seems like salesforce misbehaves and sometimes takes too long to continue running again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This actually helped me in terms of making the job easier and tracks all leads very fast. User friendly tool and accessible for all it tasks were very easy to do.

What do you like best about the product?
I spend a good chunk of my day going in and out of salesforce daily. It gives me a complete overview of my customer base, previous conversations, contract information and ongoing opportunities
What do you dislike about the product?
To properly configure salesforce for your company you do require an admin which can be a good or a bad thing depending on the type of company. This isn't really a negative on SFDC's part, but speaks to it's complexity for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a centralized view of all of my customer/prospect activity. I use it to monitor sales engagement, measure my performance in comparison to my peers, build reports of who to reach out to, and a lot more!
A must have tool for recording the wins and manage the customer relationships
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate and store the relevant information that one needs to keep about the client, and also it can hold multiple tracks for the same client and track the opportunities differerntly
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, Salesforce is an excellent tool for Customer Relationship management, and I haven't come across any feature for which I should dislike the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the Sales for Customer Relationship Management to track the opportunities and wins with the customer; It is easy to do analytics with customer-related data with this tool
Easy to migrate
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, migrating to Salesforce was super easy and quick for my company. We use many different tools with Salesforce to maximize our production. Also, the forecasting gives us an accurate picture of our team's numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is confusing to understand with all its different capabilities, so getting some sort of extra videos or training would be super beneficial. All around we had a few minor hiccups that have been fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of our CRM was a huge issue with Hubspot. The integrations with Salesforce smooths the process and day-to-day work flow. Now everything is organized and flows easily.

really my lack of knowledge of my available resources. Sales is so big and has tons of amazing features

Salesforce sales will help to store the data and maintain the account as per the scheduled dates, and its shows the targets and achievements and what will be the upcoming task etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can say it's not a dislike; it will show a refund as well, so it makes us put more effort into getting out of the refund slab. And rest all is good no dislike the salesforce cloud

One good thing about the salesforce is it will show all the activities like past and, upcoming, present activities. Its makes it so easy to perform and user friendly. It shows our target and achievement.

The programming...but that is for the specialists!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The history of conversations, calls, and deal registration all in one place. The partner addition to us is easy to use for tracking partners, along with end users. The data mapping is excellent, as data is king...and the dashboard is very visually appealing...

What do you like best about the product?
Better to access all the leads, manage tasks for every piece of information individually in one platform, and even organize tasks so that we never miss out on reaching our customers on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce has a phone application as well, which can be used to show real-time notifications for tasks call follow-ups and even payment reminders target assignments as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to check leads, assign new leads, and overall information counts everything on the same platform. I have used Leadsquared CRM before, but it creates more complexity in changing stages of leads, bifurcating which lead is a prospect or which is not, and even customer details are very minute. In contrast, salesforce helps in all this in one go.
