What do you like best about the product?
It enables you to oversee the complete sales cycle for an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forecasting feature hasn't been upgraded as expected before

It is streamlining the entire sales process for our customers and helping sales team manage the opportunities

I appreciate the flexibility and the out-of-the-box functionalities offered. These features make the experience more convenient and adaptable to different needs.

Sometimes clients have complex processes that require customization, but these should ideally be standardized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales pipeline guides the process from a qualified lead all the way to winning opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Agentforce 360, It allows AI agents to handle routine tasks autonomously, such as generating quotes or responding to customer inquiries, freeing up sales reps to focus on high-value activities
What do you dislike about the product?
System Slowdowns, Highly customized orgs with complex workflows, and triggers can suffer from slow page load times and "time spinner" delays, directly impacting sales rep productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Data Cloud component of Sales Cloud can not only connect to external data but also standardize similar data from different records and systems, merging it into a consistent format.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud makes it easy for teams to stay aligned and productive. I love how it automates routine tasks, tracks every customer interaction, and gives reps the tools they need to focus more on selling and less on admin work
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and configuration can be time-consuming, and without the right enablement, users might not tap into its full potential. It’s a platform that shines with proper training and guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sales Cloud, tracking leads and opportunities across different tools was time consuming. Now, everything is centralized from prospecting to deal closure which saves time, increases visibility, and helps the team prioritize high value opportunities

Managing all my leads in a single place is extremely convenient and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the platform can be somewhat challenging at times, as there is just so much content available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting, distributing, and organizing leads
