Best customer management system I have ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration to other programs (outlook, ZoomInfo), makes Salesforce extremely user-friendly. Not having to go back and forth between your calendars to plan meetings saves so much time when talking on the phone to a client. Being able to view the emails you have sent back and forth with a client while looking at their information in Salesforce also makes it extremely easy to have those conversations on the phone when you have all the previous discussions at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to manually refresh the screen to see any updates is my only dislike about salesforce. Sometimes I will be looking for updated information that I have just entered and forget you need to refresh, and its just one extra step; in my opinion, that could likely be an automatic process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is integrating all our programs and making the selling process more professional and seamless. Customers notice that when you call or meet with them, you have all the information from the previous conversations and the new meeting information right there! The one thing the customer doesn't see is how little time you spent getting all that information together because salesforce keeps everything at your fingertips and organized right in one location.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is a powerful tool that has helped us manage our sales activities better. It can track what we've achieved, help us manage customer accounts, and tell us what to expect in the future. It also reminds us to follow up with our potential customers, which saves us time and lets us focus on selling. This tool has improved our sales productivity and helped us build better customer relationships, leading to more revenue for our company. Overall, Salesforce Sales Cloud has been a game-changer for our sales operations, making them more efficient and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now, I have only experienced the upside of using the platform. The platform hangs sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has made managing my sales a whole lot easier. I can keep track of all my sales activities, see how I'm doing, and plan for the future. It's helped me to generate more revenue and make my customers happier by providing better service. The automated reminders are a game-changer, as they save me so much time and effort, meaning I can concentrate on selling more. Overall, Salesforce Sales Cloud is an excellent tool that has transformed how I do business, making me more efficient and productive.

The ease of managing everything in one place, seeing the activities of each account, each contact, lead. Organize tasks, emails, opportunities and deals
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, my experience has been very satisfactory. Of course I don´t like when there are bugs/crashes on the platform but they are fixed very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solves the problem of using multiple platforms to follow up on businesses, opportunities, potential customers...etc with Salesforce Sales Cloud everything in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is very helpful when it comes to managing cases and families through the system. It also allows you to create graphs and sort data to what you are needing
What do you dislike about the product?
Some cases do not generate if not done properly. Also, the way we have our panels set up there is sometimes a delay with information populating .Also sometimes syncing can cause an issue
Pricing could be improved - My organization has about 300 or more employees and not all of us have access . I am sure this is related to how much access is for each person

Being able to keep record of contacts with customers as well as being able to submit tickets and responses to other colleagues within the organization about the account.
Salesforce is the most complete CRM solution
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce offers the most comprehensive CRM package for organizations of all sizes. Once the knowledge has been acquired, managing the platform and customizing it to suit the individual needs of every organization. Modules exist for other functional units, such as Customer Success and Marketing, which make the end-to-end view of the customer possible. Onboarding administrators, and end users, the Trailhead learning platform provides a gamified, fun way to acquire knowledge for every role.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be prohibitive for smaller organizations, and additional Modules can incur a significant price lift. Integration of some Modules feels more seamless than others. Probably a result of some past acquisitions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud provides insight into the purchasing part of the customer journey. Coupled with Service Cloud, we can obtain a complete view into the pre-purchase, through the purchase, into the implementation phase.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Salesforce in our organisation to track the achievements and have a overview of incentives scheme .There are n numbers of uses are there .Its very transparent and we can easily check the real time performances and we can easily achieve our goals .Salesforce plays a vital rol in terms of managing revenues and incentives .It motivates to achieve the expected target and fairness in the Evaluation. and we can also complete task as we are getting proper nptifications

Extremely user-friendly and effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Cloud keeps a tab on tracking activities and leads accounts in a concise manner that does not require opening multiple tabs to evaluate information while using the application
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we don't get the HTML transcript while accidentally pressing the wrong key and that we also have better access to thoroughly monitor the date and time with proper comments on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce enables easy monitoring and tracking of activities on a lead account. Also, the notification for new tasks helps me keep track of my upcoming activities an hour prior. Moreover, access to the previous actions and comments also helps out.
