What do you like best about the product?
Using salesforce is best and smooth it will be very efficient while using i really enjoy using salesforce. so the things are well structured in salesforce and it will be very easy to find it .
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing from my end as i'm using from past 1 year with simplilearn i really like the way it is making alll the things in very arranged manner and make it easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is very benefitted here because we are using on regularly basis so for me whatever task ill put it will be giving me the reminder to use efficiently and make it easy as well
Best CRM tool I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
You can access all the leads which you have in your bucket. Easy to filter , create tasks. We can filter the leads according to the stages. Which will help you to build prospects and good pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. If they add a few apps inside Salesforce, it would be great to communicate with the leads, like WhatsApp. So far, everything is good. If anything comes to mind, I will suggest it in future
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales specialist. I want to filter all the leads as per my convenience. This Salesforce tool helps me in that where I can find all the leads as per their stages .

Salesforce is one of the best platforms, which has a very user-friendly UI that makes every user easy to access the sales and one of the best in everything and helping me to acheieve my target

There is nothing that I dislike about Salesforce all the features are perfectly desigend for the working professionals and nothing to dialike about this great platform

in tracking the learners portfolio and helping in to check my current month performance and reach my monthly target and do the numbers more accurately.. This is just amazing

Nothing to dilsike about this tool.. Its very useful in all the ways .. Esy to track sales percentage and this helps to focus on monthly clousers and helps in identifying where we are lagging

What do you like best about the product?
We can segregate the new leads and the leads we are in conversation with and neglect the leads that are not possible to convert or nonpotential leads. The followup feature is also very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I will not be able to go through the call logs quickly. If the call reminder comes with the time instead of just a notification it will be better for follow ups

Managing the lead queue and doing the follow-ups. Details of the call logs and the conversations we had with the customers. It's an excellent CRM to maintain all the data.
Effective integration tool for an improvised productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Salesforce is that, I can easily track each and individual leads, The day I started working from this software it became very easy to work on the easy reports and track every single data
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I do not have any dislike since its very integrated software to merge with other services as well, only thing it would have merge some google services like Gmeet Tracking system

It helped me out in tracking out each and every data, where I can create multiple reports for multiple data sets that i need to work on, specifically in the analytics part it makes more easier.

Using Salesforce sales cloud I can easy keep my leads in one place segregated according to my priority with ease and just a click. The quick responsiveness is wnat I love of Salesforce

The new update is not that feasible for may be because it's just launched and I'm finding it bit difficult to navigate

Salesforce sales cloud is solving major problem that is keeping all my sales lead, follow ups,lead status at one place which makes me very easy to maintain my sale details.

What do you like best about the product?
In our business, we use the Cloud every day, all day. It seamlessly integrates with email and with DialPad, our desktop VOIP service. We can do all kinds of things with the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
One flaw with the Cloud is that it is rather hard to keep track of updates and user permissions, which leads to some confusion on who has what permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past we had to manually log calls to clients as well as emails and texts. Now they are seamlessly integrated into client files and update in real time when we make client contact.

Very user-friendly and absolutely goes above and beyond on serving our needs. We utilize salesforce as our CRM for both sales outbound efforts and current customer management. The system is excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been anything major that I dislike, salesforce has been serving everything we need it to. It is very user-friendly and integrates with all of our systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we have solved is managing customer data/accounts and also our outbound efforts to penetrate new markets. Salesforce has been a must-have, we wouldn't be able to function without it.
