Outstanding CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The best things I like about Salesforce Sales Cloud are its simplicity, accessibility, ease, usability, user-friendliness, customization, and catering to details. Whereas the other things I like about Salesforce Sales Cloud are its Dashboards, Reports, Integrations, Chatter, Calendar, Notes and its ability to send and track emails. Furthermore, it also helps sales account managers, and executives, in adding and converting leads into manageable accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an experienced Inside Sales professional, at the beginning of my career I used other CRMs as well like Zoho and Hubspot. But for me, Salesforce Sales Cloud is the simplest and greatest of all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an SDR, Salesforce Sales Cloud has made my life so simple, and easy. It also helps me in saving time and using that time and energy into other activities. By using it, in a very few clicks now I can track my calls being made, missed calls received, notes, tasks, accounts, opps and events being created. I can also jump from one report and dashboard to another.
Salesforce Sales Cloud has been an invaluable asset to our business and I would highly recommend it
What do you like best about the product?
I like best that Salesforce Sales Cloud is highly customizable, allowing us to tailor the platform to our specific needs. The automated features that help us track our sales pipeline have been incredibly useful and the integration with other applications such as our CRM has been invaluable. The customer support has also been great and very responsive to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major complaints about Salesforce Sales Cloud. The only thing I would like to see improved is the ability to further customize the platform. I find that I sometimes need to do more manual configuration than I would like in order to get the exact functionality we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving the problem of streamlining our sales process and helping us keep track of our sales pipeline. This has been incredibly beneficial as it has allowed us to stay organized, quickly identify opportunities, and ensure that all our sales activities are tracked efficiently and accurately.
Easy to use CRM, Excellent Navigation with Next Generation Technology (Lightning)
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is one of the best CRM platforms I've ever used in my professional career. I come from a background in SaaS, FinTech, and MarTech tools, and Salesforce and its integration have provided to be helpful through & through time and time again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike the product, and I've found that when people do not like its functionality of it; it's mainly because they aren't used to that version of SalesForce or its integrations and need to learn the newer format or seek out guidance and help to understand the product better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's beneficial for the organizational aspect of the company and how it impacts my daily flow, and it truly allows me to embrace my job to my best capabilities. Safe, secure and easy too use
Sales Cloud is an immensely customizable implementation.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is an essential part of our business operations. It is incredibly intuitive because it has so many customization options for our business. The one thing about this platform is that it is clear very quickly that while Salesforce is often lamented for its weight and complexity, it is also very much the leader for a reason.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one drawback of this platform is that it has no native backup solution because it can be complex to maintain private pages or dashboards. Salesforce makes changes on a quarterly cycle which can impact our business processes platform because it has limitations; it can be incredibly frustrating because it has an ideal solution for small companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is always support because we run into technical issues and training materials to aid our implementation and learning processes. Overall, it is excellent value for the money, especially when we can pay per license and significantly less than other products.
Making sales easy through Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Sales force provide good tools manage the sales process making it hassle free. It helps the team manager to get proper insights to understand the sales cycle and build good strategies to increase and improve the sales. It also helps to pull out data that woul be helpful to build and execute sales pipeline
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding any additional notes, the person has to put a highlight and then add the details. This at times makes the process tedious as it is an additional task to add notes every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful in maintaining the data of customers there by improving the data sanity of the organisation. It helps us automate the processes by linking to telephony which reduces the effort of mannual data update. The integration of Salesforce with any other supporting softwares is very easy which makes it standout from the rest

What do you like best about the product?
All the out of the box functionality for any organisation they can just purchase sales cloud licence and they are good to go without much configuration . All the objects available like leads,account ,contact , opportunity , contract solves real buisness problem
What do you dislike about the product?
Really very hard to say Salesforce sales cloud with regular relase left with very less things to not like . But in general Salesforce can work on its performance issues which arrises very often . Also more out of the box reportype so end users can create more reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud is backbone for our sales system . Starting from generating leads to creating contracts for customers all things are managed in our Salesforce sales cloud . We use sales cloud with Salesforce cpq and conga which just add more power to Salesforce ecosystem.

Salesforce is a gamechanger
What do you like best about the product?
Where do I begin? Pipeline management: Knowing where you are with each prospect and opportunity in the sales process and who is in charge of next steps is huge. Plugins: We use Zoominfo and Salesloft, which makes creating a campaign and sending it into cadence an absolute breeze. Modular: Salesforce as a sandbox is pretty sweet, there is a lot of customization you can utilize to have only the stuff you need, nothing you don't.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it's not cheap. But when you factor the utility you get out of it, it's very worth it. Aside from the groan about having to pay for something awesome, I don't dislike anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management, prospecting, deal delineation, Opportunity tracking, forecasting (not great for that, but the reporting "helps") and robust note taking to keep all members of the team involved is super helpful.
I cannot imagine working in sales WITHOUT Salesforce Sales Cloud!
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I enjoy the most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it has made the well we sell so much more effective and efficient. It has really helped our team develop better relationships with prospects & customers. We love having dashboards that provide insight on what is going on with opportunities and pipeline. We believe that we are closing more deals because everyone is on the same page and more encouraged to contribute to the team's success.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's super difficult to think of a specific thing that I dislike about the solution, because we have seen so many benefits from it. I guess I would say that it can be time consuming to learn the ins and outs of the tool, but very easy once fully trained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving is forecasting. We are so fortunate to be able to run easy to understand reports that are updated often. Because forecasting is now a smoother process for reps and management, we have noticed an increase in team productivity.
Lead and Opportunity Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps our Sales team manage the leads from different sources, such as Organic, Marketing, and Referrals and automatically shuffles the leads to the respective team member. All the Opportunities are tracked along with the custom stages, which helps differentiate the won and lost cases. Not only the leads but contact management helps keep track of multiple POCs from the lead and manages them according to the hierarchy. It tracks all the conversations, making it easy to hand them over to the next team after the sale is closed. It also scores the lead with the help of the activities/engagements happening on the lead. After all this, it comes with vivid analytics which can be customized as per our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike about this platform. Every aspect is covered, and it's very much customizable with the help of an Engineering team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, we used Vtiger to store our leads, but as we grew, we had n number of other use cases, and Salesforce Sales Cloud was to the rescue. It took a long time to implement this project. Still, once implemented, it took over the Lead Management, Contact Management, Opportunity workflows, Billing, Order forms, etc., which were earlier managed through Excel or Manually.
