A Comprehensive CRM That Keeps Everything Connected
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud gives me a complete view of my sales pipeline in one place. I like that i can track every interaction with a lead, from the first email to closing the deal. And it is very easy to use and navigate thing users can easily find what they want. The customization options are a big plus, we have been able to tailor fields, reports, and dashboards to match our exact process. I use it daily to check deal status, schedule follow ups and log activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now I haven't found any issues in Salesforce Sales Cloud. it work's fine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage leads, track opportunities, and keep the entire sales team aligned. And Everything is updated in real time, so no one woks with outdated information.

While it's improved with Lightning Experience, the interface still feels cluttered compared to some newer CRM platforms.

My experience with Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sales Cloud and what I like about it a complete view of sales from all sides and everything related to customer inertacion. Its easy to track leads and potential customers. The customer support is also responsive and helpful.It is also easy to implement becauses of its guids and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I havent faced any issues related to sales cloud so I dont have any dislike about it for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me shortlist the lead and opportunites which makes it easire to reach my goal.It helps me in tracking team performance and also helps me in managing complex sales process. The data of contacts, lead, opportunites ,task are centralized so they are easy to access and makes analytics more improved.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it helps to track leads, opportunities and customer interactions all in one place. The automation features, reports, and dashboards helps sales processes provide better insights for decision making. I helps manage everything at same platform and allows easy integration with other applications.

Some features can be a bit complex for new users, and it can take time to learn how everything works. And also some features needs extra licenses that increase the cost.

Additionally, the interface can feel cluttered at times, and navigating between modules isn’t always intuitive. Licensing and add-on costs can also escalate quickly as your team scales or requires more advanced features.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud primarily for managing customer communications through chat and email, assigning tasks across different teams, and streamlining collaboration. I also contributed to the implementation process during the transition from Zendesk to Salesforce, helping with setup, data migration, and adapting workflows to the new system.

The best part, honestly, is how customizable it is. If you have the time and resources, you can tailor it pretty closely to your sales processes. The reporting can be powerful, and it does make collaboration between sales and marketing easier since everything is in one place. It's also a standard in the industry, so most people have at least some familiarity with it.

It’s not very user-friendly out of the box, and training new team members takes a lot of effort. Customizations often need a specialist or consultant, which adds to the cost and complexity. Sometimes it feels like you’re fighting the system to get it to do what you want. For smaller teams or anyone without admin support, it’s probably more than you need.
