AI Sales Automation That Keeps Me Focused on Closing Deals
What do you like best about the product?
It helps automate sales tasks with AI, improves pipeline visibility, and lets me focus more on closing deals than on admin work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel overly complex, with a steep learning curve and frequent need for admin support, and it can also be expensive and heavy for simple sales processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes manual sales work like lead tracking, data entry, follow-ups, and pipeline updates by automating them with AI agents. This gives me a clearer view of the pipeline, better prioritization of leads, and faster decision-making. The main benefit for me is saving time on administrative tasks so I can focus more on selling and customer relationships.
Highly Customizable, Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like how much opportunity there is to customize your platform. We are able to use it for events, conversations, opportunities, and more, which makes it so any part of our business we can put into CRM. I also found the initial setup to be super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the wording it uses for things such as products etc gets confusing. We aren’t a tech company per se so I wish it was simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) for tracking sales conversion numbers and knowing who on my team is talking to so we don’t duplicate opportunities.
User-Friendly and Continuously Improving CRM

I'm pretty happy with it as I have no complaints whatsoever, and they are always improving. I also find the initial setup very easy.

It allows me to set goals- holding everyone accountable

I also find report building to be a strong point, and it helps us view everything with just a click of a button. Additionally, the support ticket option works well.

What I like most about Salesforce is being able to trust it as our source of truth for contact information and account details. It’s easy to keep everything up to date, and making changes is straightforward.

It can be a bit finicky from time to time, but most of the issues usually come down to admin permissions.

High costs, a steep learning curve, and a complex, time-consuming setup.

Best AI Sales Automation Tool for Modern Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the best thing about Agentforce is that it actually gets reps out of the weeds. The UI / UX is surprisingly clean and intuitive, so your team doesn't feel like they're fighting another clunky tool just to get their work done. Because it’s a native tool, the integrations with your existing Salesforce data are completely seamless.
Performance-wise, it's snappy and pulls up account history without lagging. But the real game-changer is the AI / Intelligence. It isn't just running basic macros it actually understands the context of a deal, teeing up follow-ups that sound natural. While the cost isn't cheap, the Pricing / ROI really starts to make sense when you calculate the sheer hours of admin work it kills every week. Plus, if you actually lean on their Support / Onboarding team, getting it spun up and customized for your specific workflows is a lot less painful than you'd expect.

What do you dislike about the product?
They just need to do little work navigation part, and some UX side improvements, otherwise rest is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ultimately, it solves the oldest problem in sales: reps spending more time doing data entry than actually selling. It stops leads from dying on the vine just because someone forgot to set a follow-up task. It’s definitely not going to replace your sales team, but it automates the grind so they can move faster, keep the pipeline clean, and hit quota without burning out.

What do you like best about the product?
Agentforce Sales stands out for its strong automation and AI‑driven insights that give sales teams a clear view of customers and pipelines, reduce manual work, and help reps focus on closing the right deals faster
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Agentforce Sales (Salesforce Sales Cloud) is that it can feel complex and heavy to manage, especially for smaller teams. Configuration, customization, and maintenance often require admin expertise, and licensing costs can be high. Additionally, without strong governance, users may experience data clutter and inconsistent processes, which can reduce usability and adoption
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales solves the problem of disconnected sales processes and lack of visibility across leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. It centralizes data, automates repetitive sales tasks, and provides actionable insights, which benefits me by saving time, improving pipeline accuracy, and enabling more data‑driven sales decisions.
