Nothing! So far we have been able to customize the standard model to our market.

The forecast is the most important but sales process it is the most nice

The part with quoting and line quoting with another clouds plugin like COQ

That all sales related data is available in one place and also connected on the customer account, lead, opportunity, contacts etc..
Also that it’s been easy to integrate to other tools that we use for digital signing and contract management.

EIt’s been challenging to create hierarkies for customer accounts, e.g accounts within the same company group, we have not managed to easily create a good connected overview of that within the Sales cloud.

Transparent pipeline over several regions and teams, enables us to forecast for our whole organization.
Great Opportunity Pipeline, but Activity capture needs improvement

Opportunity pipeline with health, risk high, medium, low and waterfall chart

Activity capture emails are not captured in reports

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it was to set up Salesforce Sales Cloud. I love that it solved our pipeline issue and provided increased visibility into sales activities, preventing number fudging. I find it to be a valuable purchase and would definitely buy it again. The system works great as is, with nothing needing change.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud provides more visibility into sales activities, preventing data manipulation. It solves our pipeline issues and moves us from manual spreadsheets to a more efficient system.
