What do you like best about the product?
Its flexibility and robust capabilities allow us to define, refine, and enforce our processes, while also enabling us to measure and optimize revenue outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the platform can be challenging, and its user experience is not the most intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this tool to track, manage, and report on our revenue and the associated processes. It helps us stay organized and ensures that all aspects of our revenue operations are monitored effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible the platform is. It is so easy to build object, fields and have a. Relational database.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should allow us to have three columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It store all clients data and legal cases. We create reports and dashboards with it.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is amazing and the best thing it is very easy with lead to case process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now no complains but I guess now I will use agent force to make things automatic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to manage everything at one place. No need to go to outside app. You can make better decisions with business while working on improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the unified 360-degree view Salesforce Sales Cloud provides, offering a single source of truth for interactions across different teams, which is invaluable for our organization. I also value its integrations with email tools like Salesforce Inbox. The AppExchange enhances functionality, allowing events and program management within Salesforce. I find that Salesforce Sales Cloud's extensive range of features and industry support makes it very complex to navigate. It's challenging to determine the best features and add-ons for specific use cases. Additionally, figuring out the correct pricing and licensing model for your organization can be complicated.
