Ability to customize and make it unique to each business

For the most part, I have been able to customize Salesforce sales cloud to meet my needs in most circumstances. I cannot think of anything at this time.

Npsp and non profit support
Great for Sales Data, Challenging for Non-IT Admins

It is easy to manage sales-related data, such as accounts and leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building a solid organization can be quite challenging for non-IT administrators, as it requires a significant amount of experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool to manage leads and sales representatives, as well as to handle forecasting. It helps me keep track of both the sales process and team performance.
Powerful and Scalable CRM, but Pricey Add-Ons Limit Access to New Features
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud stands out as a leading CRM, offering extensive support for scaling and integration with a wide range of other tools. As your company grows and evolves, this platform adapts alongside it, while regular seasonal updates ensure that its core features continue to innovate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is quite expensive, and I find that many of the newer features are only accessible through additional paid add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every part of the lead-to-cash process is addressed, from the workflow itself to reporting and the way teams are connected throughout.
Great Reporting and Visibility, but Intelligence View Needs Improvement

I like the reporting and visibility the product provides

Intelligence view is a bit clunky and is always turned on

Centralizing all our info to be able to report and making future decisions

It allows us to work with our data and customize the output

The npsp version is very limited and we wish we would have known at implementation.

All of our data is in one spot and we’re able to connect a profile for an individual with ease

Sometimes it can be too rigid in how things progress from leads to opportunities ands doesn’t for every process.
