What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesforce Sales Cloud provides services that make daily life easier with its amazing features. I enjoy the ease of integration with the service console, which presented no challenges during setup. I appreciate the comprehensive customer 360 view that helps unify all data across teams. What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud's setup process simple, with clear instructions and excellent documentation. I appreciate the 360-degree view it provides of our customers, allowing for automated business processes and effective information management. I enjoy the approval processes, the ability to create quotes, manage orders, and the detailed reporting capabilities. Viewing dashboards at a glance enhances efficiency. Automating processes, including document generation, also boosts productivity. Its ease of implementation, straightforward client explanation, and quick time to value are significant advantages.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows me to keep all my customers and leads organized in one place, which is very convenient. I also appreciate the quality of the reporting features, as they provide useful insights. Additionally, targeting is straightforward and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user license is quite expensive, making it too costly for countries in Southeast Asia.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidate all leads. Easier to view customer’s purchases and past records. Generates quotation easily
