I love the ease of use and intelligence that is being built into the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud connects me with my customers and helps in managing them effectively. I've also found the opportunity model to be an incredibly useful feature. Furthermore, I believe that Salesforce offers great value for the price paid.

The setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud can be a bit complicated.

I use the product to manage customer connections, assist clients in obtaining loans, and appreciate its affordability.

Its so easy to setup data pipeline and sales funnel. Its makes whole process smoother and quicker

The add ons are expensive and should be included in standard package to increase adaptability

We like the ability to run quotes through salesforce rather than SAP

I do not have anything that I dislike about this cloud.

We are solving multiple quote issues with this product.
Easy to use and useful for tracking, but the reports are not automatic
What do you like best about the product?
How can I see all my dashboards, create dashboards by sellers, generate reports, how easy it is to create an account, a contact, an opportunity! The way it notifies me when an opportunity is overdue or unattended.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have to request the reports, they are not generated automatically

That today the AI it has incorporated is very basic

I don't feel like I'm taking advantage of everything Salesforce Sales Cloud can do!

We have many teams that interact with our accounts but the teams can be pretty siloed. With Salesforce Sales Cloud, account information is easily accessible by multiple teams for easy alignment on account status and activities
