What do you like best about the product?
Integration with email/app. For the majority of my work tasks, Salesforce works well. But, when I have an issue it takes awhile to get resolved and impacts my work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time that it takes to resolve any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily track my interactions and communications with my prospects. This allows me to manage my funnel effectively and hit monthly quotas.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce shines in its customizability, plethora of integrations, breadth of features, and powerful, relatively easy-to-use reporting functions. I've been an admin for an org as well as a user, and have used it on a weekly basis for the last decade.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found that implementation and adoption - at least with the default UI - are not always easy with people who are unfamiliar with using a CRM. Customer support can be difficult to reach, slow, and confusing for users to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is great as a client information/attribute database as well as a database for tracking interactions with individuals. Having a repository where one can see systemwide interactions with an individual over time in our nonprofit context is valuable because it helps us to understand their trajectory and better plan for their future.

What do you like best about the product?
It does the job it is suppose to do. Gives the right data where I need it
What do you dislike about the product?
I still use classic mode, some are using lighting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all data in one place, benefits me as I can go to one place to add or edit data

What do you like best about the product?
It has a good base foundation. The standard objects makes sense for the sales process. The configuration tools are comprehensive and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little overwhelming to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to harness, repeat sales, both in the hardware, software, and service spaces. We are missing too many opportunities and it's impacting service to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales cold is a great tool for our team. We can learn about our customers and build relationships
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a learning curve and vet more than one company to set up your org. We made some mistakes and had to bring in another company to correct the initial mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help keep our sales team organized and also allows us to streamline our quoting process

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking customer activity, and engagement all in one place. Being able to easily share records with other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is sometimes not as versatile as other tools like PowerBI.

Capturing all touch points with our customers in one place. Easy to collaborate.

What do you like best about the product?
Thr ability to create the flows we need to create the opportunities directly from CRMA dashboards. We are able to pull great metrics, looking for ways to integrate our SAP product data

No comments at this time, we are relatively new to using Products, Price Books,but been doing well via our new solutions
