The adoption rate among end users and the number of clicks required to navigate are important factors to consider.

I like the reporting capabilities and that its so customizable

The overload of possibilities and fields. An sometimes make it hard to find what you are looking for

As a csm it’s helping me get visibility of my customer information and be able to make more relevant interventions with them

Basic Sales Cloud is great, CPQ can be cumbersome and inconsistent.

I appreciate having a 360-degree view of customer interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing contacts becomes challenging when a customer transitions to a new company. It can be difficult to keep track of their updated information and ensure that communication remains seamless during the change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate being able to have complete visibility when someone is out of the office.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to customize sales cloud for the needs of our business and learning more about the agent force capabilities is going to provide even more opportunities for us
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin, there really isn’t much that I dislike other than when we run into issues or problems and there’s no solution in the community
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping us to be better aligned across divisions. It allows for cross-selling and it also allows us to better manage long-term customer relationships.
